1、SCIENCE 新闻发布 作者:王春霞 稿号:NRR-89-14基于体素形态学揭示隐匿大血管病变影响 2 型糖尿病患者的脑微结构2 型糖尿病患者容易出现 MRI 影像上较明显的与认知功能障碍相关的脑萎缩,而在这些明显的萎缩出现之前,早期检出患者脑结构的细微变化,将助于及时干预并防止明显脑萎缩及相关认知功能障碍的出现。中国河北医科大学第二医院刘怀军所带领的团队,通过使用基于体素的形态学分析法,可以检测出 2 型糖尿病患者主要位于右颞叶和左枕叶脑早期细微的结构异常,并发现这些异常与早期隐匿的大血管病变及慢性高血糖状态密切相关。因此,作者认为,如果能够早期提供这些信息,使医生能够早期干预隐匿的大血管

6、d by Huaijun Liu at the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University in China using voxel-based morphometry detected differences in volumes of gray and white matter in the right temporal lobe in the absence of obvious decrease in total gray and white matter volume between T2DM patients and controls.
