2、 serious impact to the vision and use; And cant reach to the design requirement.主要缺点: 指严重的影响使用及严重影响视觉;及无法达到原设计要求的缺点;Min defects: Point impact to vision; And no important dimension according to the assy drawing.次要缺点: 指轻微影响视觉及非关键尺寸的缺点; 4.0 SAMPLING PLAN AND ACCEPTABLE QUALITY LEVEL抽样计划和允收水准4.1 Samplin

7、试所须的材料: 金属片, 铜箔粘纸或锡箔粘纸, 泡棉Test method 测试方法:a. Fix the copper paper and felt on the metal plate, then put in the compound for 10 Sec;用铜箔粘纸将泡棉固定在金属片上,然后浸入被测的溶液中 10 秒后取出;b. Put in an oven cure in 150 / 1 hour;放入 150烘箱内烘 1 小时;Inspection standard 检验标准:a. The compound shall be completely cured; 被测溶液可以完全地附
8、着在金属片上;b. No bubbles; 表面无气泡;c. The surface must be smuth; 表面无污迹;d. The surface no drape; 表面无褶皱;e. Dip some compound, then daub on the PCB surface;用刷子沾一些被测的溶液，然后均匀的涂抹在 PCB 表面;b. Place in room temperature with 30 minute;将 PCB 在室温环境中放置半小时 ;Inspection standard 检验标准:a. The com
