Before joining Barclays, Ms. Percy worked at JP Morgan Investment Management, most recently as a portfolio manager in the Global Multi Asset Group, where she was responsible for fixed income portfolios and strategy. Ms. Percy earned
3、a BA degree in Economics and Geography from Exeter University and an MSc in Development Economics from the London School of Economics.
