1、摘要本说明书共分为三章。第一章,主要叙述了模具工业的发展史。首先介绍模具工业在经济发展中的重要性,再从三个方面阐述了模具工业的发展史。简单介绍了如何分析冲裁零件。 第二章,电极板冲孔模设计部分。这部分介绍了电极板的结构工艺性分析,冲孔、落料的模具结构。并结合设计零件的实际结构、功能与用途,经过理论计算确定了比较合理的零件加工工艺,设计出了主要零件图。此次设计是对以前所血理论知识的一次比较系统的实际演练。第三章,注塑模部分设计。这部分主要是隐形眼镜清洗盒的模具设计,通过对塑件进行工艺性的分析和比较,最终设计出一副塑料注塑模。本设计从产品的结构工艺性、具体模具结构出发,对模具的浇注系统、注塑机的选
2、择及有关参数的校核、模具成型部分的结构设计和计算、脱模推出机构等都有详细的设计。针对清洗盒的具体结构,并考虑经济性设计出这套注塑模。其优点是机构简单,模具外形小,生产效率高,模具的制造成本低。通过模具设计表明该模具能达到清洗盒的质量和加工工艺要求。关键词:模具历史;冲压模;注塑模Abstractspecifications is three chapters together mark.
