2、要驾驶人员素质的提高,还需要道路交通管理部门的严格监督和交通法规的有效执行。目前,基于视频分析的道路交通管理系统正日益取代人工管理方式,成为当今计算机视觉领域研究的热门。本文利用数字图像处理技术,就车辆压双黄线行为的检测和识别工作,按步骤进行了详细论述。首先,利用均值法进行背景建模,再用背景差法提取出运动前景,并通过形态学处理技术对前景进行初步优化处理;其次,提出自定义“感兴趣区域”的观点,将双黄线区域标记为“感兴趣区域” ;最后,对“感兴趣区域”中的运动前景部分进行检测和加框提醒,实现对压双黄线车辆的检测和识别。本文提出的算法简单可行,且成功实现对违规车辆的识别,具有重要的实际意义,对交通管

Traf

To guarantee the traffic safety , not only needs the improvement of drivers quality, but also needs the strict supervision and effective implementation of traffic laws by traffic management. At present, the traffic management system based on video analysis
5、,increasingly replacing manual management mode, has become a hot research point of computer vision field. In this paper, by using the technology of digital image processing, the vehicle detection and recognition of the cars which pressed double amber lines are discussed according to the steps in det
6、ail.Firstly, we use the average method for background modeling to get the background. Then use the background subtraction method to extract the moving foreground and preliminarily optimize the foreground through morphological processing; secondly, present the viewpoint of the custom “region of inter
7、est“ and mark the double amber lines area as the “region of interest“; finally, detect and frame to remind the moving objects in the “region of interest“. Then the vehicles which pressed double amber lines will be detected and recognized.In this paper, the proposed algorithm is simple and feasible.
