1、1APA 格式增定事項網路等電子化資料引用及參考文獻的寫法林天祐台北市立師範學院國民教育研究所近年來，由於網路資料與 Email 使用頻繁，在進行論文寫作時常需引用到這些電子化資料，美國心理學學會（APA）為順應需求，在 1999 年發表電子化文獻寫作之參考格式 （Electronic reference formats recommended by the American Psychological Association） ，重新統整網路文獻寫作的格式，主要包括Email 的引用、網頁的引用、網路資料的引用、網路資料參考文獻的寫法、電子資料庫參考文獻的寫法，以下以中英文對照方式加以說明（

2、原文見 APA 網站：http:/www/apa.org/journals/webref.html） 。一、Email 的引用在文章中如以 Email 當作參考資料，比照個人通訊（personal communica-tions）格式，僅在文中註明不列入參考文獻中，格式如下：英文格式 1：L. A. 7、5）指出：能力或特質的不同，固然會使測驗分數有所差異，但測驗分數常受不相干因素的影響，使得能力或特質相同的受試者，在測驗上得到不同的分數。造成分數差異的眾多原因之一，是試題具有不同的功能（即試題有偏誤） 。 （頁 1）四、網路資料參考文獻的寫法網路資料參考文獻的寫法大致與一般格式相同，必須指出作者、時間、文章名稱或書名、雜誌名稱等基本資料，另以 Retrieved from 取代On-line以及Available 等字，如無日期可查括弧內的時間英文文獻需註明（n.d.）中文文獻需註明（無日期）。但網頁的內容會不斷的修正，有的網址甚至會變動，因此必須特別寫出上網的日期，以利參考，格式如下：英文

Retrieved January 27, 1999, from DIALOG on-line database (#88, IAC Business A.R.T.S., Item 04993186) 為解決草稿與定稿格式不同所衍生的困擾，APA 也統一說明 APA 格式每一筆參考文獻的寫法是第一行一律靠左（flush left），超過一行時第二行以後均縮排（indent），畫線部分一律斜體（中文文獻建議粗黑體）。至於草稿、報告等繳交給編者審查的文章，用第一行靠左其餘縮排的格式（稱為 hanging-indent） ，或第一行縮排其餘靠左的格式（稱為 paragraph indent）均可，用畫線或斜體也都可以，但須全文一致。
