The license is issued for a term of 1 year. 2)外国雇员应获取个人在乌兹别克斯坦就业的许可证。就业许可证有效期与雇佣期一致,但不能超过雇主的许可证。2) Each foreign employee shall receive an individual work permit (confirmation) to be employed in Uzbekistan. The work permit is valid for a period of the employment, but for not more than the term of

15、 the employers license.8、 当地对适龄劳工的界定;The regulation about working age.最低就业年龄为16岁,男性退休年龄为60岁,女性 55岁。The minimum age of employment is 16 years. The retirement age is 60 year for men and 55 for women.9、 当地是否有针对女职工的特别保护,如怀孕、生产、哺乳方面的特 别规定;Is there any special protection about female employees, such as pr

16、egnancy, giving birth and breast feeding?1)孕期或有3岁以下子女的女性享有的法定权利如下:a. 不得以 怀孕为由拒 绝雇佣女性或以低工资雇佣女性;b. 孕期女性劳动合同无规定试用期;c. 如果雇员要求,雇主应允许怀孕女性缩短工作日或工作周,并按工作时间的比例支付工资。d. 怀孕女性有享受有薪孕期及产期假期权利。(产前70天 产后56天。)e. 如雇佣有要求,女性员工在其子女满两周 岁时应享有有薪产假。1)Women, who are pregnant or have children up to the age of 3, have special s

17、tatus and their rights are protected by law. Particularly: (a) It is illegal to refuse to hire women or to employ them at reduced wage rates on the grounds of their pregnancy. (b) No probation period is included in employment contracts with pregnant women. (c) If requested by an employee, the employ

18、er shall allow pregnant women to work a shortened working day or week and pay them in proportion to the time worked. (d) Pregnant women are entitled to an additional paid leave during their pregnancy and postnatal period (70 calendar days before and 56 calendar days after the delivery). (e) If reque

The payment for overtime work should be not less than at two-fold rate for the regular hours.11、 当地政策是否支持多种工资计算方式,如计时工资、计件工资等;Can the

29、g of the injured employee that corresponds to the level of the loss of earning capacity; B)其他因工 伤而产生的额外支出,如医 疗费、特殊 辅助工具、康复费用等。(b) additional costs caused by the work injury, like treatment costs, purchase of medicine, purchase of special vehicles, sanatorium-resort therapy and etc.; and C)如在集体 协议中有相

30、关规定,一次性支付不少于工伤人员一年工资总额的补贴。(c) one-time allowance in the amount of not less than one-year earning of the employee, if the payment of such allowance is provided in the collective agreement or agreement between the employer and the employee.16、 当地休息休假的规定,有无强制要求用工单位给与假期的规定;The regulation about holiday o

31、r annual leave, is there any compulsory regulation?周日为法定休假日。一般来说,不允 许在节假日安排工作。只有在工会或者职工代表机构事先核准的例外情况下,雇主才能安排员工在节假日工作。Sunday is a common day off. Generally, it is not permitted to work on days-off and holidays. The employer may attract an employee to work on days-off and holidays only in exceptional

41、ve measures when IP infringement happens?乌兹别克斯坦于1991加入知识产权组织,并批准了所有有关知识产权保护的主要国际条约,包括巴黎公约1883、 专利法第2000号条约和与马德里协定有关的议定书1989。在乌兹别克法律中提供了保护手段。Uzbekistan joined WIPO in 1991 and also ratified all the main international treaties regarding Intellectual Property protection, including Paris Convention 1883
