In my education classes, it was always “urban this” and “urban that”. It was like small town America didnt exist. And this urban interest doe

16、snt just happen in college. I went to an education conference a couple of years ago, and a professor someone who had been at the forefront of educational reform was there to deliver a keynote. I was chosen to be part of a small group that got to meet with him. So there we were, five or six of us sit

17、ing in a room, and I asked him, “What are your thoughts on the state of education in the countryside?” And this man was speechless. Ill never forget that moment. It speaks to a larger truth. Towns like mine are forgotten. This trend of exporting talent and resources to our big cities this mindset of

18、 leaving small towns and never coming back I dont want to add to that movement. I want to reverse that movement. Now its my turn to help people younger than me. And you know what? A college professor turned to government assistance to feed her child and pay for a doctor. Quartz says even lawyers increasingly cannot earn an

25、 income that enables them to meet their needs. The problem of decreasing incomes in their field is made worse by debt they may have from law school.Quartz and the economists who studied these issues say many things have led to lower incomes and downward mobility. The economic recession of 2007 to 20

26、09 is partly to blame, they say. Modern technology also plays a part. Quartz says robots threaten to reduce the earnings of health care workers, reporters, and people who work at supermarkets, drug stores and tax preparation services. In The Washington Post, Robert Samuelson noted that poor schools,

27、 a weak housing industry and too many government rules are also to blame.With all these things, and more, partly responsible, what is the solution? These experts say the answer is complex. But all point to one issue that needs to be examined: economic inequality. Quartz writes that while America is

First, providing gentle blood flow to the area helps bring healing nutrients into the muscles and also helps to remove waste products and damaged tissue. Walki

Once muscle soreness has significantly reduced(usually two to four days after the race), light jogging can commence. Just be mindful to run very slowly.
