1、LCT 微机励磁控制器LCT Digital Excitation Controller通讯规约Communication ProtocolLCT 微机励磁控制器 Digital Excitation Controller 通讯规约 Communication Protocol1LCT微机励磁控制器与 DCS分散控制系统的通讯协议 The protocol of LCT digital excitation controller and DCS separated controlling system一、 通讯标准 Communication standard采用 RS-232 串口;通讯波特

2、率 9600bps;3 线通讯方式(数据出、数据入、地) 。Adopt RS-232 serial port;9600bps communicating baud rate; three-line communicating mode(data output, data input, earth).二、 通讯协议 Communication protocol采用 MODBUS 协议,RTU 编码方式。Adopt Modbus protocol, RTU coding mode.采用主从式通讯方式,DCS 系统为主站,励磁控制器为从站。Adopt master-slaving communica

3、tion mode, define DCS system as master station, digital excitation controller as slave station.三、 通讯数据格式 Communication data mode1 位起始位,8 位数据位,没有奇偶校验,2 位停止位。1 bit as start bit, 8 bit as data bit, non odd and even checking, 2 bit as stop bit.错误检测采用 CRC16 校验方式,校验多项式为 X16+X15+X2+1。Error checking adopts

4、CRC16 test mode, testing multinomial is X16+X15+X2+1.四、 数据包格式 Data package format起始 Start 目的地址Destination address功能码Function code数据 Data CRC 校验CRC checking结束 EndT1T2T3T4 1 字节1 Byte1 字节1 ByteN 字节N Byte2 字节2 ByteT1T2T3T4T1T2T3T4:时间长度,由应用程序控制,两个数据包之间的最小时间间隔为传送 3.5个字符的发送时间(约 4ms) 。Time length, controlle

5、d by application, the least time distance between two data package is as long as the sending time of 3.5 character(about 4ms).目的地址 Destination address:DCS 主站要访问的从站地址。如果励磁调节器为双通道结构,则占用两个从站地址;若励磁调节器为单通道结构,则占用一个从站地址。 The slave address which the DCS master station should call on. If excitation regulator

6、 is two-channel structure, engross two slave station addresses; If single-channel structure, then use one slave station address.功能码 Function code:主站告知从站所要执行的操作代码。 Master station give slave station the operation code it will carry out.数据 Data:传送的数据,长度为 N 字节。Sent data, length is N byte.CRC 校验 CRC chec

7、king:前面所有数据的 CRC 校验值,长度为 2 字节。The CRC testing value of above all data, length is 2 bytes.LCT 微机励磁控制器 Digital Excitation Controller 通讯规约 Communication Protocol2五、 功能码定义 Function code definition为保证微机励磁调节装置的可靠运行,调节装置只支持 DCS 主站的读命令,不允许 DCS 主站对调节装置进行控制。调节装置所支持的功能码如下:To guarantee excitation regulators rel

12、accu,其中前 4 个字节为输入开关量,后 4 个字节为输出开关量,首地址为 01H。K 系列的开关量为送出装置或由装置外送入的开关量,F 系列的开关量只送至控制器面板或只由控制器面板送入的开关量。The digital excitation regulator send to DCS master station has 8 bytes, in turn is Kairu1, Kairu2, Kairu3, Fairu, Kaicu1, Kaicu2, Kaicu3, Faccu. Thereinto the first four bytes are input digital, the

13、other four are output digital, first address is 01H. K series digital are digital to send out of the equipment or send into the equipment from outside, F series digital are digital only sent to controller faceplate or sent by controller faceplate.各个开关量的定义如下:Each digitals definition is following:励磁控制

29、C checking(Hi)微机励磁调节装置向 DCS 主站发送的模拟量的额定值有 5 个字,10 个字节。依次为 Vfref、Vfref、Iref、Pref、Qref,首地址为 01H,其定义分别为:发电机励磁专用电压互感器之额定发电机电压采样值、发电机仪表用电压互感器之额定发电机电压采样值、发电机电流互感器之额定发电机电流采样值、额定发电机有功功率采样值、额定发电机无功功率采样值。另外发电机直流量(如发电机转子电压、电流及调节器输出电流等)的额定采样值统一规定为 1000H,因此不再向 DCS 主站发送该量。The analog which excitation regulator sen

In addition the rating sampling value of generator DC data (such as generator rotor voltage, current and regulator output current and so on) is define as 1000H, so it
