9、明书 OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS FOR QTZ400 (JL7050) TOWER CRANE 11.概述 江麓QTZ400 是一种水平臂、上回转,小车变 幅的自升塔式起重机,采用变频调速技术,满足 最新国际国内各种设计安全标准。QTZ400 塔机是 江麓汇集二十多年塔机设计生产经验推出的运用 各种新技术的大型塔式起重机。该机具有以下特 点: 1)各项性能参数先进、起重力矩大、起升高 度高、工作幅度大、作业空间广、使用效率高。 2)整机造型美观、钢结构轻巧、选材精良并 经整型喷丸、防锈等预处理;标准节采用胎具组 焊和切削加工,互换性好;起重臂变截面,自重 轻,风阻小;塔顶为
10、前倾式,受力简单;采用销 轴和高强度螺栓连接,装拆方便;侧置式司机室, 视野开阔,司机座椅可根据人体需要自由调节, 操作舒适。 3)该机具有固定、附着等工作型式,可满足 城市中高层建筑、工业厂房、电站水坝、桥梁等 各种建筑施工的需要。 4)电气控制采用可编程控制器(PLC)控制, 三大机构全部采用变频无级调速技术以提高生产 效率,起升机构可获得理想的起升速度及荷重的 慢就位,回转、牵引机构工作平稳,就位准确。 5)电控系统采用国际通用型式,低压电器采 用进口电器元件,积木式组合,卡轨式安装。采 用集中于司机室的两个十字型主令控制器和按扭 开关操纵。整机电控柜对 380V-440V(50Hz-6
11、0Hz) 电源通用。 6)各种安全监视装置齐全,备有力矩、重量、 幅度、高度人机界面液晶显示仪,具有显示、报 警、自锁等功能。 7)根据用户需要还可在司机室内安装空调和 无线遥控装置。 1. General descriptions JIANGLU QTZ400 tower crane, which is an upper slewing, trolley travel self-climbing tower crane with a horizontal jib, adopts variable frequency governing speed technique and satisfie
12、s various latest design & safety standards at home and abroad, is manufactured by JIANGLU based on more than two decades of tower crane design and production experiences. The main features of the tower crane are as follows: 1) It has advantages of advanced technical parameters, large hoisting load m
13、oment, high hoisting height, large radius, wide working space and high operating efficiency. 2) The entire machine is of fine shape, light steel structure and superior materials, and is given such pretreatment as dressing, blasting and anti-rust the, etc. The standard section adopts the modular tool
14、 combination welding and cutting machining, with fine interchangeability. The cross-section of jib can be changed with light dead weight and weak wind resistance. Tower head rakes forward, with simple force. The connection of pin-shafts and high-tensile bolts are adopted, with convenient installing
15、and dismantling. The side-mounted cabin with wide visual field is comfortable, easy operation and the drivers seat can be freely adjusted according to requirements. 3) The machine has such working versions as stationary, attached etc., which can meet the needs of the constructions of urban medium an
16、d high-rise buildings, industry factory buildings, power stations, dams and bridges, etc. 4) The electrical control system uses the PLC to control. Three mechanisms all adopt variable frequency stepless governing speed technique to improve the production efficiency. Hoisting mechanism can obtain ide
17、al hoisting speed and load slow positioning. Slewing and trolley mechanisms work steadily and positioning is accurate. 5) The electrical control system adopts the international universal type, and the low voltage electrical appliances include the imported electrical components, which are modular com

33、to the special concrete foundation. The central ballast on the undercarriage weighs 88t. Its tower mast consists of 1 base section,12 lower tower masts and 6 standard sections. 34、当底架式的工作高度要超过 66 米时,即塔身 的节数要超过 18 节,必须借助附着架将塔身锚固 于建筑物上,借助 13 道附着架,塔身的工作高度 可达 303 米(如图 3-2a)所示,此时,塔身的组成 为 1 节基础节,12 节下塔身,85 节标准节,附着 架上部的工作悬高为本道附着架与上道附着架的 附着间距再加 11.5 米,(图 3-2b)为第一道附着架 可达的工作高度, 表 3-1为锚固附着架的个数与塔 机最大工作高度的关系。 表 3-1 3.2 Undercarriage attached version When the working height of the undercar
35、riage attached version tower crane exceeds 66 m (i.e. the quantity of the tower masts must exceed 18 sections), the tower mast must be anchored to the building by means of the attached frames. The working height of the tower mast can be up to 303m by using 13 attached frames (as shown in fig.3-2a),
36、at this time, the tower mast consists of 1 base section, 12 lower tower masts and 85 standard sections. The working suspension height for the upper part of the attachd frames is that the distances between the attached frame and the upper last attached frame, plus 11.5m.The working height that the fi
37、rst anchored frame can reach is shown in fig.3-2b. Table 3-1 shows the relations between the quantity of the attached frames and the maximum working heights of the tower crane.
