6、ns.Step 2 Grammar learn主谓一致的语法一、主谓一致三原则 主谓一致是指谓语动词与主语在人称和数上保持一致,主谓一致必须遵循三原则:语法一致原则,意义一致原则,就近原则。、语法一致原则:“单则单,复则复“即主语为单数时,谓语动词也用相应的单数形式; Tom is a good student. 汤姆是个好学生。主语为复数时,谓语动词也用相应的复数形式.例如 They often play football on the playground. 他们经常在操场上踢足球。 、 意义一致:指主语形式上为单数,但意义为复数,因此谓语动词用复数形式.如; Chinese people

7、 are very hard working。或主语形式上为复数,但表示单数意义,这是谓语动词用单数形式。如表示时间、 长度、距离、金钱、度量等词组作主语时,常将其看作是一个整体,谓语动词要用单数形式。例如:Two years is quite a long time. Ten dollars is enough.另外,加减乘除也常当作整体对待,谓语动词也用单数形式。例如:Forty-one plus fifty-nine is one hundred. How much is ninety-nine minus sixty-two? Twenty dollars is too expensi

8、ve for the book. family, class, team 等集体名词作主语时,若指一个整体,谓语动词用单数形式;但若指其成员时,谓语动词用复数形式。例如:The family is very big. Their family are watching TV now. 就近原则:指谓语动词用单数形式还是用复数形式,取决于最靠近他的主语。Here,here be .either. nor., either.or., not.but.,not only. but also.等连词连接两个名词 (或代词)作主语时,谓语动词要与靠近它的主语一致。例如: Not only the tea

9、cher but also his students like playing football. 不仅老师喜欢踢足球,而且他的学生也喜欢踢足球。 There is a pen and some books on the desk. 但要注意:bothand表示“和 都“,谓语动词一般用复数形式。例如:Both his father and mother are doctors.Neither of 表示“和都不/ 没有动词一般用单数形式。例如 neither of us is in the classroom. 要区分 neither. nor 就近一致eitherr 作主语,则动词为单数形

10、式。either of the books is very interesting.Each 作主语,则动词要注意 each 放的位置,如;Each of us has his likes and dislikes.=We each have his likes and dislikes.二、 主谓一致常考题型、由 and 连接的两个单数名词作主语时,一般用复数形式,但 and 所连接的并列主语是同一个人,事物,或概念时,谓语动词用单数。这两种情况区分如下:a/the+单数名词+and+单数名词,指的是同一个人或物;a/the+单数名词+and+a/the+ 单数名词,指两个人或物。The w

11、riter and teacher is coming. 那位作家兼教师来了。 (作家和教师指同一个人) The writer and the teacher are coming. 作家和老师来了。( 作家和老师是两个人、 the+形容词表示一类人时,谓语动词用复数形式.The poor are very happy,but the rich are sad. 、不定代词作主语时,谓语动词的使用.something, everything, anything, nothing, everybody, anybody, nobody, everyone, anyone 等复合不定代词,以及 e

12、ither, neither(neither of), each (each of), each one, no one, another 等代词作主语时,谓语动词用单数形式。例如:Neither of the answers is right. Something is wrong with my computer. . both, few, a few, many, several, others 作主语,或它们所修饰的名词作主语时,谓语动词要用复数形式。例如:A few people can live to 100, but few can live to 150. Both of th

13、em are in my class. 、with, as well as, like 等修饰的单数名词作主语,谓语动词的使用单数名词作主语,且后面有 with, as well as, like 等修饰时,谓语动词用单数形式。例如:1.The teacher with his students has gone to the library. 2.Is the woman like you your mother? 3.The instrument as well as other spare parts is going to be airlifted soon. (该仪器以及其它一些备用

14、件不久将空运。)、动词不定式,动名词作主语时,谓语动词用单数形式。例如:1.To eat in a fast food restaurant is cheap and saves time. 2.Climbing hills is good exercise. 3.What interests the workers most is better wages and working conditions. (工人们最关注的是好的工资待遇和工作条件。 a number of +名词复数,动词要用复数形式; .而 the number of +复数名词作主语,谓语动词用单数。The number

15、of the students is over 800. . 以 here,there 开头的句子,若主语在两个或两个以上,谓语动词通常与临近的主语一致 There is a book and three pens on the desk. Here are some books and paper for you. The +姓的复数和 family 的区别 . The +姓的复数用做复数,而 family 要判断本身但是单数还是复数. 当主语由 some of,all of,half of,plenty of, a lot of,the rest of 等加上名词或代词构成,或者由分数或百

16、分数加 of 加名词等构成主语时,谓语动词和 of 后面的名词的数保持一致.要注意 one of ,neither of ,either of 用单数.both of 用复数.三肯定与否定一致下列形容词、副词、代词从肯定句变成否定句时须作相应的变化。Weve had some(money). We havent had any(money).I was talking to somebody wasnt talking to anybody./I was talking to nobody.They sometimes visit us. They never/seldomvisit us.H
