The work activities, sequences and duration shall be included in the critical path method (CPM) network using acceptable commercial software (e.g. PRIMAVERA). The work plan, resources and the CPM shall be submitted to the Purchaser for approva
22、l and for acknowledgement by all parties involving in the construction of the project. Any delay shall be highlighted, the causes identified, and proposed actions to make up for the delay s

The Erector shall provide necessary additional resources (personnel, tools, machinery, equipment, etc.) that require to accelerate the work to keep the work on schedule. Bolts, nuts, and washers, shall be packaged to exclude moisture, and may be stored on cribbing in a protected shelter in accordance with Section 2.2 of RCSC Specification for Structural Joints.
