12、写一封推荐信，学会主题句于支撑句的写作模式。这块 Main Task的内容比较多，如果按教材来上肯定一节课来不及，所以在课前布置学生做了充分的预习工作，既培养了学生自主学习的能力，又能为写作课作良好的铺垫，课堂上再提纲挈领地讲解就行了。整个课堂的教学流程是这样的：首先是模仿老师的一个自我介绍，然后是让学生谈谈谁更适合做学生会主席，为什么，他具有哪些优秀的品质，学习主题句与支撑句的表达方式。再然后说我们要选新班长，你觉得应该怎样来写，让学生讨论，进行口头作文，先由英语成绩好一点的学生说，然后再让中等的学生讲讲，后进生模仿其他同学来说说，进行分层教学。学生写作，写完后老师拿一篇学生的作文作为示范来
13、进行批改，学生两两之间进行作文评改，老师再拿两个学生的作文进行点评的，点评时也出示不同层次学生的作文，更具代表性和典型性。最后出示范文，总结，要求学生课后重新写一遍。整个课堂的流程顺畅，思路清晰，训练重点突出，学生的发散性思维得到了很好的锻炼，同样的意思能鼓励学生用不同的表达方式。但我的写作目标呈现的过晚，使学生对整节课的要做的事不太清楚；学生的口头作文不太到位，学生的语言表达能力应该再进一步得到锻炼；评价学生作文时时间过紧，评价仓促；范文不能只要求学生读读，要让学生来品品里面的好词好句，好的表达方式，以便可以借鉴到自己的作文中去。对于后进生的作文应该在课后更进一步跟进。我相信通过这次的学习与锻炼，在以后的教育教学工作中我一定能扬长避短，做到更好。
