2、e jobsites of Installation and service have suffered CSB noise problems, later those noise problems were solved by using the VP-420535-GBW conditioner. Recently, OTIS OCL communicated with oversea department, got some new important messages on this conditioner as follow: 1, This conditioner hasnt be
3、en formally released to the jobsite. Branch is strictly restricted to use the conditioner and must get HQ SVCs special approval. 2, The conditioner may compromise traction force. 3, At present, SPC has recalled this conditioner.第二部分Section 2清洁剂的区分: 请注意区分VP-420535 和VP-420535- GBW 这两种清洗剂。VP-420535 清洗剂
4、仅用于清洗钢带，且会从钢带表面清除蜡状物。如钢带有轻微的打滑，必需要使用这种清洁剂。VP-420535-GBW 被称为 钢带的调整剂 ，它被开发用来消除钢带引起的噪音。它会将少量的蜡状物涂到钢带表面来解决钢带的噪音问题。Cleaner Distinguish: Please carefully distinguish the VP-420535 cleaner and VP-420535-GBW conditioner.VP-420535 is only for cleaning belts, and has the affect of removing wax from the belt s
5、urface. This cleaner is needed if there is slight belt slipping.VP-420535-GBW is known as Belt Conditioner. It was developed to eliminate noise caused by the belts. It does this by applying a small amount of wax to the belt surface to solve the belt noise problem.第三部分Section 3使用VP-420535- GBW 的安全预警:

7、eady recalled by SPC, if branch still has a few conditioners, have to contact SPC and ship return.第四部分Section 4VP-420535-GBW 的使用申请和数据记录: 如果分公司必须申请使用钢带调整剂来解决钢带的噪音，1 现场须确定电梯的载重=1600kg的电梯禁止使用调整剂。2 现场必须检查钢带的张力，校准度和轮的轴承，确保所有的机械情况都是好的。3 使用ST工具在软件中确定电梯的钢带没有打滑情况。MCS220控制柜，使用 TT的MCB-2-B菜单Rope Slip来检测钢带是否打滑。M
8、CS321控制柜，使用 TT的Event Log菜单来检查是否有代码2100或2101的打滑故障记录。4 确认1-3项后，使用PMT或者录音设备记录电梯运行时的噪音录音，提供给总部维修部FOD来申请使用调整剂。5 维修总部FOD确认可以使用调整剂后，将同意SPC向现场提供。6 现场为电梯使用调整剂后，必须重复第3项工作，确认电梯的钢带没有打滑情况，否则需及时通知维修总部FOD 来采取相应的措施。7 最后，现场必须记录相关数据反馈给总部维修部FOD存档。包括使用钢带调整剂的时间、次数，电梯的整机号、梯型、梯龄、载重、层站、运行次数。VP-420535-GBW Using Apply and Da
9、ta Log: When branch have to apply belt conditioner to solve belts noise problem,1 Field need to make sure unit load =1600kg unit is forbidden use conditioner.2 Field need to check belts tension, alignment and sheave bearings, make sure all mechanical issue is Ok.3 Using Service Tool access microproc
10、essor, make sure belts hasnt slip issue.MCS220 control system, use TT MCB-2-B of Rope Slip menu, detect belt is slip or not.MCS321 control system, use TT Event Log menu, check has code 2100 or 2101 slippage log or not.4 When get items 1-3 confirmed, field need to take a PMT reading or other sound re
11、cording for a running noise record, to apply to OCL Service FOD to use the conditioner.5 If Service FOD affirms field can use the conditioner, will approve SPC provide it to field.6 Once field use conditioner to specified unit, need repeat item 3 job, to make sure belts hasnt slip issue. If not, fie
12、ld need to inform Service FOD for get corresponding solving advice.7 At last, field must record relational data, keep and feedback to OCL Service FOD saving. 13、 5VP-420535清洁剂的使用说明:一般来说，Optimus 系统使用的 CSBs（曳引带）不需要定期清洁。只有当曳引带上附着有大量的建筑灰尘或液态污垢时，才需要清洁。并且必须遵守以下原则： - 如果曳引带不脏，则不必清洁或擦抹。- 如果曳引带附着有干燥的污垢（灰尘） ，则使用清洁的干布擦净。- 如果曳引带需要清洁，则只能使用 VP-420535 (#2) 清洁剂清洁。VP-420535 Cleaner instruction:In general the CSBs utilized on the Optimus system do not require periodic cleanin

The following considerations must be adhered to - If the belt is not dirty leave it alone, do not clean the belt or wipe it down- If it is a dry contaminant (dust) wipe the b
15、elt with a clean dry cloth.- If the belts need to be cleaned, clean with VP-420535 cleaner # 2 only. 第六部分Section 6VP-420535-GBW 钢带调整剂的使用步骤，为清除钢带噪音:VP-420535-GBW Belt Conditioner Application Steps for Belt Noise Removal:通则所有工地工作都必须完全遵守OTIS全球工地安全标准(WWJSSS)及当地的安全标准。执行该程序时，应特别考虑电梯的控制，LOTO上锁及标记，电气安全并使用适当
16、的PPE( 手套等) ，必须完成JHA工作风险评估。若不确定工作任务是否符合工地安全标准，要立即停止工作并与主管进行沟通协商。GENERALAll jobsite work activity must be in full compliance with OTIS Worldwide Jobsite Safety Standards (WWJSSS) and local safety rules. When carrying out this procedure, particular consideration should be given to control of the elevat
