2、a positive coded marking to reduce the number of stamps. The rule may only be implemented after being accepted by Authorized Inspector.1. Structure of coded markingThis coded marking adopts a set of code numbers which consists of the last two number of year, Material number, number of material form,
3、 Consecutive number and English alphabet “A” .2. Means of traceability to original marking2.1 This coded marking rule selects the Material Certificate provided by Vendor to complete the traceability of material.2.2 The Examiner shall assign each lot of receiving material with a group number which al
4、so will be marked on the Material Certificate. The lot means a single production lot as permitted by a specific material specification. By means of stamping the group number to material, we can “map“ each lot of material to each group number on material certificate.3. Means of coded marking3.1 The f
5、ollowing coded marking shall be filled in material certificate:As for materials adopted from the ASME Code Section , Division 1, the suffix “A“ shall be put on the material certificate, the material and the material check list. 3.2 The coded marking which has been put on the material certificate, as
