5、e with IIA and T3 grade.2.2 产品组成22.2 Product compositionRA-100D 型油气液化回收装置主要由撬装主机组成。RA-100D type of oil gas liquidation2.3.1 Start the equipment for pre-cooling 5 minutes before the oil unloading of the tanker;2.3.2 油罐车往加油站地下罐卸油时，大量的油气和空气的混合气体从油罐中被挤出，该气体通过特种防爆制冷机时，绝大部分油气被液化变成汽油并被送回储油罐，剩余少部分油气排入油罐车。2.

10、erally select the inlet pipeline of the equipment to connect with the oil gas communicating pipe among several tanks. If the inlet pipeline of the selected equipment is connected to the breathing pipe (discharge pipe) of the oil tank, it shall be connected to the air pipe of the oil tank with highes

The oil return pipe of the equipment shall be connected to the oil tank with the lowest grade.技术要求Technical requirements1、 进气管、回油管均应坡向油罐，坡度不小于 1%1. The slope aspect of the inlet pipe,

19、设完成后应按国家标准 GB20592-2007 做密闭性测试，保证在小于 750Pa 时不漏气3. Tightness test shall be carried out to the pipeline after the completion of the laying in accordance with the requirements of national standard GB 20952-2007, to ensure that there is no leakage under 750Pa.4、油罐的呼吸管排放口应按 GB50156 的要求安装压力/真空阀（呼吸阀）4. 21、enerate liquid resistance.6、从配电房引一条 RVV5*2.5 护套电缆和一条 4*1.0 屏蔽电缆到设备基础，从 1 镀锌管穿入，两端预留 3 米长 6. Under the operating conditions of the equipment, check that whether there is abnormal sound, abnormal vibration or leak to the main machine and check whether there the cooling fan is working properly and whether the work indicating lamp is working prop
25、erly;发现以上任何异常情况，请立即按下主机上的急停按钮，然后再断开电源，进行检修。In case any abnormal conditions above are found, please press the emergency stop button on the main machine immediately, and then disconnect the power supply for maintenance.表面烫手警示！设备的某些部件即使在停机时，也有可能温度很高，请一定小心，确认冷却后再对其进行作业。Hot surface warning! 27、 operation of this equipment.按要求连接好各个管道；1. Connect all the pipelines according to the requirement;2、卸油前 5 分钟，控制开关选择“启动”档，设备开始预冷，运行灯自动点亮，制冷机、风机开始运行。2. Select the “start-up” shift of the control switch 5 minutes before oil unloading and the equipment start the pre-cooling, the operating lights will au
28、tomatically lights up and the refrigerator, fan starts operating.3、 预 冷 5 分 钟 后 开 始 卸 油 ；3. Oil loading shall be started 5 minutes after the pre-cooling;4、缷油过程中请注意查看集油罐中液面高度，避免溢出；4. Please pay attention to the liquid level in the oil collection tank in the processes of oil unloading to avoid overflo
29、w;5、缷油完成后，控制开关选择“停止”档，设备关机；5. After the completion of the oil loading, select the “stop” shift of the control switch and the equipment is shut down;6、将回收的汽油妥善处理，每次卸油结束后，把集油罐内回收的汽油及时处理。至此卸油油气回收工作完成；6.
