4、Updated: 2012-1-10 第一章概述 General本标准适用于百威英博集团中国境内所有新建、扩建和改建的项目,除非在其它文件中另有要求,且得到相应批准,否则应适用此标准。The purpose of this document is to provide an electrical guideline for the green field and expansion project in ABI China brewery unless otherwise specified.本技术规范描述了为建立完整而且可靠工作的电气系统所必须的工作,材料和安装方法。说明了供应商供货时需要遵
5、循的最低标准。如果本技术规范与相关行业、国家标准不一致,应执行最高标准。This technical provision describes the work, materials and installation methods required to install a complete and workable electrical system. It describes the minimum standards to be followed. If this technical provision and related codes and national standards a
6、re inconsistent, the highest standards should be implemented.啤酒厂是食品加工厂,要求使用特殊安装方法及材料以确保适当程度的清洁。在该特别指定地区和危险(分类)地区,承包商要特别留心。A brewery is a food processing plant, special installation methods and materials are required to help maintain proper degree of cleanliness. Contractor shall be especially alert
7、in Specially Designated Areas and in Hazardous (Classified) Locations.1) 区域和分类:Area Classifications and Designations:a) 所有危险地区的电气材料,设备和安装必须符合所有适用标准和推荐的安全程序以及国家和地方政府要求。All electrical materials, equipments and installation in Hazardous (Classified) Locations shall comply with the applicable requiremen
8、ts of state and local governing authorities.b) 在危险地区,所有设备和材料都应按他们适用的用途进行标注。特殊材料的要求和安装程序应遵守本技术规范要求。In Hazardous (Classified) Locations, all equipments and materials required to be marked for the service in which they are applied. Special materials requirements and installation procedures shall be fol

10、0 The specific area are in the alcohol, liquid caustic, ammonia, chlorine, and other chemicals unloading and distillation areas and storage and specific areas of BERS. 2. 车棚,食堂储气区,原料存储和运输,原料处理和粉碎以及原料干燥区域,视为防爆区域。The explosion-proof region are in the track shed, grains storage and transfer areas, grai

Wet Areas in brewing shall be defined as follows:1. 泵附近的地区。All areas enclosed by a pump.2. 位于糖化间、发酵间除电气室、控制室和办公室外的所有区域。All areas within Brew house, Starting Cellars, Chip Cellars, Unitank Cellars and Fi
13、nishing Cellars except electric rooms, control rooms and offices.3. 酒糟处理区域。Wet Spent Grains handling areas.4. 所有室外的安装。All outdoor installations.b) 包装车间的潮湿区域定义如下:Wet Areas in packaging shall be difined as follows:1. 瓶装线:从卸垛机出口一直到装箱机出口。Bottle Lines: From the depalletizer discharge through the packers
14、discharge.2. 听装线:从冲罐机进口一直到装箱机出口。Can Lines: From the rinser infeed through the packers discharge.3. 桶装线:从卸垛机进口一直到堆垛机出口。Keg Lines: From the depalletizer infeed through the palletizer discharge.c) 腐蚀区域为偶尔会有液体溅出、滴落和腐蚀气体存在的区域。腐蚀区域定义如下:Corrosive Areas are subject to occasional light splashing, falling liq
15、uid and presence of corrosive vapors. Corrosive Areas are defined as follows:1. 散装碱卸货站,存储罐和相邻 3 米内地区。Bulk Caustic unloading stations, storage tanks and adjacent areas within 10 feet.2. 碱的配置罐和相邻 3 米内地区。Caustic Makeup Tanks and adjacent areas within 10 feet.3. 酸存储罐和酸添加系统的围堰区域。AB-Inbev Electrical Stand

The CIP system includes the CIP manifolds, tanks, pump, etc.6. 使用移动清洗装置或者软管 CIP 系统的容器周围的工作走道。容器包括但不限于发酵罐、清酒罐。Working aisles around brewing vessels that utilize portable cleaning machines or non-hard-piped CIP sys

Vessels include but are not limited to horizontal fermenters, chip tanks, schoene tanks, and horizontal filtered beer tanks.7. 阀阵下方以及其周边向外延伸 1.5 米的区域。Areas under valve manifolds and adjacent areas extending a distance of 5 feet beyond the perimeter of the manifold.8. 当一个潮湿区域也被定义为腐蚀区域时,应执行腐蚀区域要

20、ents as having a special area classification or designation shall be considered general purpose areas.第二章法规和标准 Codes and Standards1. 所有电气工程都要遵守 IEC,中国国家和地方政府规定,包括但不限于以下规范:All the electrical engineering shall comply with the current editions of the following codes and standards, the IEC, Chinese, and
21、 local codes of governing authority, including but not limited to the following regulations:a) 美国国家标准学会American National Standards Institute (ANSI)b) 10KV 及以下变电所设计规范(GB 50053-1994)Code for design of 10KV ii. 控制柜所处的环境中没有安装空调;There is not any air conditioner in the environment.iii. 控制柜内安装有 PLC 模块,智能仪表
22、,变频器,或者类似的低压控制设备等其中的任一种设备,柜内温度应不高于 38。 C 安全地工作。The panel have PLC module, intelligent instrumentation, VFD, they are required to work under 38。 C.b) 空调要求是控制柜专用空调,空调要求安装在柜门上或侧面安装。顶部安装是不能接受的。Should choose the industrial air conditioners. Top installation is not permissible.c) 拼装在一起,且中间没有隔板的控制柜,只需要安装一台
23、空调,空调可以安装在靠中间的控制柜上或安装在发热量最大的一台控制柜上。Air conditioner must be installed close to heat elements.d) 不锈钢控制柜的空调装置应该是不锈钢材质,碳钢控制台的空调装置应该是碳钢材质。Material of the air conditioner should be same as panel.e) 禁止使用 CFC 制冷剂。CFC is strictly prohibited.f) 没有安装空调的落地式控制柜,每台柜门的上方要求安装一台 RITTAL 轴流风机,向外抽风,并且在柜门的下方安装一个带过滤网的进气孔
24、,过滤网应能方便拆洗。For Floormount Enclosures without air conditioner, the RITTAL exhauster and filter are AB-Inbev Electrical Standard10/51 Updated: 2012-1-10 required.g) 每台控制柜内均要求安装一盏带有外罩的柜内照明荧光灯,灯的功率一般为 20W 左右。The 20W fluorescent lamp with cover is required for each enclosure.h) 每台控制柜内均要求安装一个卡轨式安装的插座。220V
25、AC DIN type socket is required for each enclosure.i) 单独安装一个双极空断,用于给空调、通风机、照明灯和插座提供电源,且空调、通风机和照明灯均要求由相应的门开关进行控制,当空调功率较大时,要求安装一个接触器来控制空调(由门开关控制接触器) 。The circuit for air conditioner, exhauster, panel lighting are individual.8) 柜内安装细节:Detail for installation:a) 每台控制柜内要求为整块的安装底板,或者由多块安装底板进行紧密拼接时,中间不能留有间隙
26、。The back plate must not have gap.b) 总空气开关,其进线电源电缆的接线方式要求采用下进线。由于可能会采用多根电缆进线,为了方便接线,要求其进线侧采用铜排引出。所有铜排要求采用绝缘板进行隔离。The incoming power must connect to the lower of main line-circuit breaker. Do not accept to connect several wires on one pole.c) 总空气开关和分空气开关或马达保护开关之间的连接要求采用母线排系统,包括支架、母排、连接装置、卡件和绝缘隔离装置。母线
27、排系统仅限于使用RITTAL、MOELLER 、SIEMENS、WOEHNER 、SCHNEIDER 厂家产品。每两个不同相序的母线排之间的最小距离为不小于 20mm,否则要求进行绝缘处理。Accept the RITTAL、MOELLER、SIEMENS、WOEHNER、SCHNEIDER bus bar system.d) 除了总空气开关外,其它电气元件应按照从上到下,从左到右的方式进行紧密安装。当所有电气元件安装完成后,柜内应至少还预留 20%的剩余有效空间,以备再安装其它元器件,否则应多安装一台控制柜。控制柜内的剩余空间要求安装卡轨。Allow more than 20% spare.
28、e) 有散热需求的电气元件,如:PLC 、变频器、软启动器、电源变压器等,其上、下部应预留足够的散热空间。Allow enough space for elements radiating.f) 柜内的所有电气元件(包括柜门上) ,需要求有塑料线槽作为载体敷设电线。塑料线槽要求足够大,当所有的电线均安装完成后,线槽内应留有至少 50%的空间,同时线槽内每30CM 的距离要求安装一个与配套的线卡,以防止当盖子打开以后,电线会滑出线槽。线槽要求采用台湾 KSS 产品。KSS or same qualified products wiring ducts are permissible.AB-Inb
29、ev Electrical Standard11/51 Updated: 2012-1-10 g) 柜门和柜内连接的电线,要求采用塑料软管进行保护,塑料软管的两端要求采用与软管配套的专用卡件分别固定柜门和柜体上。Flexible Wiring Duct are required for wiring on the door.h) 每台控制柜内要求装有单独的接零和接地铜排,柜门要求用 6mm2 的黄绿接地线连接在接地铜排上。控制柜的接地铜排和附近的等电位接地点要求采用不小于 35mm2 的黄绿接地线进行串接。Separate the ground and natural bar. i) 端子排要
30、求为南京 PHEONIX 或与其质量相当的产品。端子排在控制柜内,应根据电气原理图按页采用分隔端子和标识端子进行分隔安装。每台电机要求有专门的接地端子。要求预留 5%的端子排。Terminal Blocks must be PHEONIX or same qualified products. Allow more than 5% spare Terminal Blocks.j) 所有电缆均要求从控制柜下部或底部进入柜内,绝对禁止在控制柜上部或顶部开孔。Cable must come from the bottom of the panel.k) 对于落地式安装的控制柜,其下部要求有一块隔板,
31、用来将控制柜与其底部的电缆沟或其它空间进行隔离,电缆穿过隔板时要求安装有电缆锁紧头,以免将电缆划伤。Set a board on the base.l) 要求在控制柜下部有一条或两条电缆固定排,所有电缆均要求有规则地固定在上面。The cable fixed bar is needed.m) 对于独立安装的控制柜,其柜门上要求安装一个资料盒;对于拼装在一起,且中间没有隔板的控制柜,其中一台柜门上要求安装一个资料盒。资料盒的厚度不小于 80mm。对于安装了 PLC CPU 的控制柜,其柜门要求安装有可以放置电脑的支架。Box for documents is needed.n) 门锁:要求为通用
32、型“”形锁孔,带连杆,分上、中、下三点锁住柜门。 type lock is needed.o) 门绞链:要求为专门厂家定制。第四章电力变压器 Power Transformer1) 优先选择干式电力变压器。Choose the dry-type power transformer.2) 品牌要求为 Schneider Electric、ABB 当前主流系列产品。Schneider Electric、ABB products are permissible.3) 要求出具机械工业变压器产品质量监督检测中心的检测报告。Require supplier to provide the test rep
33、ort from Quality Supervision and Inspection Center.4) 选择 S10 以上低损耗产品。Choose the S10 low loss product at least.AB-Inbev Electrical Standard12/51 Updated: 2012-1-10 第五章动力主回路 Main circuit1) 空气开关、马达保护开关、接触器、中间继电器、浪涌保护器,软启动器等低压电器:Low-voltage products.品牌:Manufacturer:要求为 SIEMENS、Allen-Bradley、Schneider El
34、ectric、GE 或 ABB 当前主流系列产品。SIEMENS、Allen-Bradley 、Schneider Electric、GE or ABB products are permissible.2) 电机:Motor:a) 能耗要求:Energy Consumption requirement:所有电机,其最低能效标准为不低于 EFF1,对应 IEC60034-30 标准为 IE2。Not lower than EFF1, according to IEC60034-30 IE2. b) 品牌:Manufacturer:ABB、SIEMENS、Allen-Bradley、SEW 等相
35、同档次。ABB、SIEMENS、Allen-Bradley、SEW or same quality products are permissible.c) 如果在工作范围中有更高的要求,须按照高要求执行。If the requirement in Contract Documents is higher than this Technical Provision, the highest requirement should be implemented.3) 绝缘保护:Insulation:所有相线裸露在外面的部分,包括但不限于铜排,空气开关、接触器的触头和接线鼻子等,均要求有绝缘隔板隔开。
36、Insulation is not only limited at contact pole.4) 断电上锁保护:LOTO:每台设备的总空气开关,配电柜内的用于纯配电功能的空气开关,其操纵机构均要求带旋转手柄,当其关断后可以挂牌上锁。The circuit breaker for each device shall have LOTO capability.5) 维修开关:Repair Switch:55KW 及以下功率的电机,均要求在现场安装维修开关,55KW 以上的电机,要求在控制柜内的马达保护开关或电源开关要求带有旋转手柄(手柄直接安装在开关上) 。包装车间的灌酒机、贴标机等单机设备可以
37、安装一台总的维修开关(不需要安装单台的电机维修开关) ,其它设备AB-Inbev Electrical Standard13/51 Updated: 2012-1-10 的每台电机均要求安装一台维修开关。维修开关要求使用 MOELLER、SIEMENS 或 Allen-Bradley 产品。每个维修开关除了能断开主回路以外,还要求有辅助触头反馈信号进入相应的PLC。每个维修开关都要求有一个不锈钢防护罩,将其上面、侧面和背面进行防护。The repair switch is needed to mount onsite for reach motor which the power is low
38、er than 55KW. For higher than 55KW motor, equip the circuit breaker with LOTO capability. Feedback of the auxiliary pole shall connect into PLC.6) 电机的主回路,一般由以下元器件组成:马达保护开关,接触器,变频器或软启动器或伺服控制器,维修开关等组成。Typically the main circuit for motor includes motor protection, overload relays, contactor, VSD or so
39、ft starters.7) 降压启动:Voltage-reduced start:对于大于 7.5KW 的电机,要求采用降压启动方式。降压启动,根据现场的具体情况,可以采用以下 3 种方式:变频器启动;软启动器启动和星三角启动。具体采用哪一种方式,在报价和技术标中,承包商应作出详细说明,否则应视为变频器启动或软启动器启动。The voltage-reduced starting shall be used for higher than 7.5KW motor. The VSD, soft starter or star-delta starting. Contractor has the
40、duty to describe in the bidding documents.8) 接触器线圈电压:Voltage of coil of contactor:接触器线圈电压可以是 AC220V。中间继电器的线圈均要求为 DC24V。DC24V for the coil of contactor of smaller than 11KW motor, AC220V for the coil of contactor of larger than 11KW motor. DC24V for the coil of intermediate relay.9) 马达保护开关、接触器、变频器、软启
41、动器、伺服控制器均要求有反馈信号进入 PLC。Feedback of circuit breaker, VSD, soft starter and servo controller shall be connected into PLC.第六章安全防护措施 Safety Work1) 整个啤酒厂的控制设备必须保证本质安全,符合相应的法律,法规,规范和标准。Control equipment in entire brewery must satisfy themselves that all necessary steps have been taken to assure that each
42、application and use meets all performance and safety requirements, including any applicable laws, regulations, codes and standards.2) 安全继电器一般由设备的安全门、急停按钮、维修开关、钥匙开关或其它保护开关等进行控制。Safety relay shall work with safety door, emergency stop and repair switch.3) 安全继电器一般通过切断 PLC 输出模块的电源,切断接触器、中间继电器线圈的电源来进行保护,
43、或通过切断变频器等的安全控制回路来进行保护。Safety relay is usually used to cut off the power supply for PLC output module and contactor.AB-Inbev Electrical Standard14/51 Updated: 2012-1-10 4) 安全继电器应有复位按钮进行复位。安全继电器必须采用经过安全认证的产品:PILZ、SIEMENS 或者 Allen-Bradley。Safety relay shall have the reset button. The PILZ、SIEMENS or Al
44、len-Bradley products are permissible.5) 安全回路被触发以后,所有设备均停止运转,带有动能或重力势能的设备要求配备机械刹车装置。Once the safety circuit is triggered, all equipments have to stop; brake is needed for gravitational potential energy of the equipment.6) 一台设备根据需要可以在不同地方安装急停按钮。每个急停按钮旁边均要求安装一个复位按钮,当急停按钮按下并复位后,只有通过它旁边的复位按钮才能进行复位。急停按钮的作
45、用优先于复位按钮。One machine can be stopped by several EM stop, but the reset button which close to EM stop is needed.7) 对于包装车间的相关设备,其用于拖动的点动按钮盒上要求安装有急停按钮和复位按钮,同时,要求为双手动点动按钮(两个按钮由双手控制,在同时按下后设备才能点动) 。The EM stop and reset button is needed for packaging operation box.8) 对于包装车间的卸垛机和码垛机,必须设计有效而全面的安全防护网和安全保护回路。F
46、or depalletizer and palletizer, must design an effective and comprehensive safety fence and safety protection circuit.9) 对于双回路供电:除了要求有电气互锁外,还应有机械互锁。The mechanical interlock is needed for double power feeding.10) 用于电机正、反转控制的接触器之间要求有电气互锁。Electrical interlock is needed for normal-reverse motor contacto
47、r.11) 对于高压电机,从控制柜到电机进线箱的主回路部分,其柜门要求与高压出线开关互锁,当高压室的门被强制打开后,其高压出线开关要求立即断开。For high voltage motor, the panel door is interlock by incoming circuit breaker.12) 在以下区域和设备的人孔和通道门必须使用门保护开关、光栅和安全继电器,必须先复位,才能重新启动:For the following area and equipment, the manhole and access protection needs the door protection
48、 switches, Safety light curtains. a) 原料贮箱、粉碎机等;Storage buffer bin for material, millerb) 糖化区域的锅、槽、酿造容器;Kettle, Vessel in brewhall area;c) 包装区域的灌酒机、压盖机、卷封机、贴标机、封胶带机、纸包机;Filler, Crowner, Seamer, Labeler, Sealer, wrap-around packer;d) 包装区域的卸垛机、码垛机、装箱机、卸箱机、洗瓶机、杀菌机的输送带进出口或栅栏开口或正面采用光栅防护,装箱机、卸箱机具备 0.9 米的安全
49、距离;AB-Inbev Electrical Standard15/51 Updated: 2012-1-10 13) 洗瓶机的主传动柜的柜门安装门保护装置;14) 进入洗箱机内部的仓门上必须设置连锁开关,必须先复位 才可以重新启动。15) 为了防止叉车对输送带造成损坏,叉车叉货处设置光电开关或超声波传感器,当叉车或行人靠近时,停止输送带运行。16) 卸垛机、码垛机的固定栅栏如果需要开门,须设置有效的连锁和双重锁来复位。17) 卸垛机、码垛机的固定栅栏,没有防护门的进出开口,须要使用光栅,设置有效的连锁和双重锁来复位。18) 针对于卸垛机和码垛机的机械防护装置,须要配有电子感应装置,保证在维护或维修期间卸垛机或码垛机处于悬空状态时不会掉落下来。第七章控制部分 Control Components1) 低压电源:Low-Voltage Power Supplies:a) CPU 及其模块的供电,采用 PLC 专用的低压电源模块。For the CPU and PLC modules, use a dedicated low-voltage power supplies.b) 其它所有控制部分的低压供电
