46、等涉及的天馈调整工作。天馈系统优化人员接收天馈调整工单,整理相关信息。(2 ) 调整实施:按照天馈整治的相关规范对天馈系统实施优化调整。调整中必须如实记录调整前后的数据信息,特别是对方位角、下倾角、挂高、型号、位置、平台、是否 GSM 网络 900M/1800M 共天馈,是否 GSM 网络与 WCDMA 或CDMA 网络共天馈等信息在工单中进行反馈,以作为基础数据库更新的依据。(3 ) 优化效果验证:天馈系统优化方案实施后,优化人员通过实地 DT、CQT 测试、性能指标分析、MR 数据分析、用户投诉回访等手段对优化效果进行验证。确实解决了相关网络问题并符合天馈整治的规范要求视为处理完毕,否则须
47、继续调整。3 专题优化3.1 语音质量优化3.1.1 工作内容集中解决用户投诉强烈的话音质量问题,包括单通、串话、回声、杂音、断续等,提高用户感知度。根据用户分布、话务分布、重要客户分布、用户投诉热点及市场推广重点区域确定优化范围和对象。3.1.2 工作要求(1 ) DT(含 MOS)测试。通过 DT 测试,定位话音质量不量区域(Rx_Qual4 及MOS2.8 的区域)(2 ) 语音质量投诉收集。对语音质量(单通、串话、回声、杂音、断续)的数量及分布进行 GIS 分析。(3 ) 分析。结合 DT 测试的覆盖、Rx_Qual 进分析。杂音和断续可能由于覆盖弱、同邻频干扰、切换参数设置不合理、外
