2、o Whom It May Concern” ,有时也可省略； 2、说明被证明人的姓名、职位等； 3、写清楚所要证明的内容，客观说明相关情况； 4、结尾出应有出具证明的单位的盖章，或出具证明的个人的签名及其担当的职务、所在单位的名称等。,证明信的写作格式： 不论是哪种类型的证明信，其结构都大致相同，一般都由标题、称呼、正文、署名和日期构成： （1）标题。在第一行中间常冠以“证明信”、“证明”或写明“关于XXX同志XX情况（或问题）的证明”。 （2）称呼。顶格写上需要证明的单位的名称，之后加冒号。 （3）正文。是证明信的主体部分。另起一行，空两格写明被证明事项的全部事实，语言要准确、简明扼要。写
3、完所证明的问题以后，另起一行空两格，加“特此证明”四字作结束语，不写祝愿、勉励之类的话。,（4）署名。在正文右下方署上证明单位（或个人）名称（姓名），并由证明单位或证明人盖公章或签名、盖私章，否则证明无效。 如果是以个人名义出具的证明，它的标题、正文、结尾和组织证明信写作格式是一样的，但个人证明信写好后应交证明人所在的单位签署意见，加盖公章，以示负责。 证明信有时要作为结论根据的。因此，撰写时应严肃认真，实事求是。言之有据，语言要准确，文字书写要清晰、工整，字迹清楚，不要潦草。证明信的内容如有涂改，必须在涂改处加盖公章。,组织证明信（介绍信） Sample 1:工作证明 (Working Ce
