5、球经济缓慢复苏以来，美国、日本与欧洲等各方的出口态度发生了较大的转变。中国与日本在钓鱼岛事件的纠纷，让中国国民抵制日货的情绪高涨，这给日本经济的发展带来了较大负担。在这样的情况下，我国的国际市场扩展也受到限制。中国的出口受到国际市场需求量的影响，国际需求量的减少，使得针对中国的贸易保护政策越来越多，我国出口经济一度出现困难，这对于我国进出额目标的实现较为不利。3.房价问题。房价问题，是中国经济中的持续性问题。房价过高，是我国经济快速发展的重要原因。但是，如果房价的快速得不到合理控制。特别是在最近十年，房价的快速上升让社会中房地产行业需求大大增多。越来越多的社会人力资源与资金流向房地产行业，我国
