They can mean the inhabitants in a certain country or a language spoken by the indigenous people, for example:French are very romantic.French is really hard to learn.,12,Context always determines meaning; quite often it also reveals meaning. 11、r forget context and keep in mind context while reading and whenever you have problem with unfamiliar words or proper nouns. 24、world.In the article Tom McArthur begins with a quotation about the threat of language extinction that comes with one world language.
