1、杭州市职业英语技能大赛 职场应用比赛说明及规则比赛说明：本部分含两个阶段。第一阶段：在备赛区进行，限时30分钟，两名选手通过沟通和协作完成并提交任务单（Worksheet），并按照比赛要求分别准备第二阶段的比赛内容。第二阶段：在赛场进行，选手A按要求向评委陈述任务完成情况（限时3分钟），选手B回答评委的现场提问（限时2分钟）。本部分满分40分。比赛规则：1. 选手只能用英语交流（包括读和写），否则将被取消参赛资格；2. 两名选手之间不得互相展示或交换任何材料，否则将被取消参赛资格；3. 选手可根据需要在赛题上书写内容，汇报或回答问题时可携带此材料，但不得携带除此以外的其他材料；4. 本比赛环节
2、期间，选手不得与除队友之外的其他人就比赛内容和方法进行交流，否则将被取消参赛资格。For Contestant A Only选手A：假设你是某社区的医务人员，你有一篇关于食品安全的介绍。你的队友是社区物业管理人员，有一份关于社区居民食品安全情况的调查报告。你需要与队友沟通并为社区宣传橱窗制作一个有关食品安全的展板。在比赛第一阶段（30分钟内），你需要完成：1. 阅读关于食品安全的介绍，提取相关信息；2. 向队友询问关于社区居民食品安全的调查信息；3. 与队友讨论，确定4项主要食品安全措施，完成任务单（有关食品安全的展板）；4. 准备第二阶段的汇报内容。备注：任务单仅由选手A填写（任务单一式两份

Please read the information about some keys to safer food: Wash your hands often during food preparation.Some dangerous microorganisms are carried on hands, wiping cloths, and kitchen equipments, especia
5、lly cutting boards. The slightest contact can transfer them to the equipments, which may cause foodborne disease. Use separate equipment, such as knives and cutting board for handling raw foods.Raw food, esp. meat, poultry and seafood can contain dangerous microorganisms which may be carried onto ot
6、her foods. Cook food thoroughly, esp. meat, poultry and seafood.Studies have shown that cooking food to a temperature of 70oC helps ensure it is safe to eat. Do not leave cooked food at room temperature for more than 2 hours.Microorganisms can multiply very quickly if food is stored at room temperat
7、ure. Do not store food too long even in the refrigerator.Some dangerous microorganisms still grow below 5oC.
