4、 about 56m,from pipe top to bottom ,details please see attachment 2.Finish lifting this line,than lifting other lines.2、管道组对场地、堆放场地要求，见附图 3。Pipes are pre-fabrication on the ground,where are pipes placed ,please see attachment 3.3、管道吊装之前，该管线支架，按图施工完毕，特别是管线依附在塔上的支架必须施工完毕。管线吊装之前，塔顶平台必须安装完毕。All pipe sup
5、port should be installed prior to lifting thi pipe,especially on the T1501 bodys pipe support must be installed before lifting.The top platform of T1501 should be installed befor lifting pipe.4、吊装 A12-PG-150431-A2A5-NI 时，在高空中的工作采用从 T1501 顶部平台搭设脚手架平台进行高中作业。其余爬塔管线尽量采取先地面预制的方法，尽量减少高空作业。避免不了高空作业，利用塔平台或临

7、platform is used to assistant installing work.5、管线仅考虑吊装到 HPP133838，以下为框架平台，管线比较容易安装。This procedure is only thinked about lifting which elevation is to HPP133838,below HPP133838 is structure and platform,all pipes are easy to install.6、吊装方法采用捆绑方法进行吊装。捆绑吊装点为该管线的重心点。重心位置详见附图 2。Binding method is used wh

10、na ( TCC)Author:http:/ 肯德基门本方案以整体吊装 A12-PG-150431-A2A5-NI 为主进行 LIFTING STUDY，其余管线比该线轻、小、底等，利用同一台吊车比较容易吊装。LIFTING STUDY 详见附件 4。This procedure is one time lifting on the right position when A12-PG-150431-A2A5-NI is completely pre-fabrication on the grond.So lifting study is about to total lift the pip
11、e line,other pipe line are light,small,lower etc,if use the same crane lifting them,it is very easier than this pipe line.please see attachment 4 :lifting study.7. HSE7.1 All workers involved in this project must wear proper PPE.7.2 AS Warning board or sign must be installed in dangerous area.7.3 Sp
12、ecial workers such as welders, electrician etc. must have required certificates.7.4 Different type of pressure bottles must be stored separately under shelter with correct secure accessories. Distance between different kinds of gas bottles shall not be less than 5m. Distance between oxygen bottle, a
13、cetylene bottle and flare shall be over 10m. And acetylene bottle must be placed vertically.7.5 Construction power and electrical tools and equipment must be arranged according to specification. At least 2 grounding points to be installed for steel platform, cable for welding must be check in period
14、 and replace damaged portion.7.6 During lifting, operator of cranes and riggers must have good coordination, and operators shall operate crane in command of signal from riggers. Riggers shall signal operator with gesture and whist. And operator can reject unclear signal from rigger. Lifting area mus
15、t be barricaded, and keep persons not involve in lifting away. Signalman shall wear the HIVIZ vest.7.7 During lifting, it is forbidden to stay or walk under suspended area.7.8 During lifting, speed of taking up and lowing lifted piece shall be smooth. Swing of boom shall be smooth, and reverse actio
16、n cannot be done while swing not stopped. It is forbidden to let lift hook with load fall down freely. Use tag lines to control load. 7.9 Tools and accessories must be put in bags for elevation work. It is forbidden to throw object from high place. 7.10 Lifting study and permit to work must be appro
