2、熟,用粉碎机打碎,然后用滚开的豆浆冲。0-12个月宝贝的喂养阶梯来自权威机构的调查结果显示,中国儿童的发育曲线在出生后 4个月前已达到或超过国际参照标准,而在 4个月后却远远低于国际参照标准。这个现象与妈咪的喂养密切相关,因为很多妈咪对如何科学喂养 0-12个月的宝贝并不十分了解她们没能按着不同月龄的喂养阶梯为宝贝添加辅助食品,结果导致宝贝的生长发育受到很大影响。按喂养阶梯添加辅助食品的重要意义在 0-12个月时,婴儿需要经历”液体食物-泥糊状食物-固体食物”这样一个喂养过程,特别是以出生后第 4、5、6 个月的启动阶段为最关键时期。这时,不能只以乳类喂养,必须按时、按量、按食物种类为宝贝及时

3、添加辅助食品。添加辅助食品不只是让宝贝能够从流质食物过渡到固体食物,满足快速生长发育的需要,防止发生佝偻病、贫血等疾病,而且还有其他重要的生存意义:补充 4个月后母乳分泌量及营养成分不足;锻炼咀嚼和吞咽的功能的发育,帮助乳牙萌出;通过进食及接触多种食物,促进语言能力的发展;扩大味觉感受范围,防止日后挑食或偏食行为;为 10-12个月时断奶做准备,早期建立均衡而多样化的良好饮食习惯。0-12个月喂养阶梯第一阶梯:出生至 3个月 1。以母乳或其他乳类喂养为主,从母乳或配方奶中获得充足的热量和营养。2。补充维生素 D应从出生后第 3周开始。母乳喂养儿每天添加浓鱼肝油滴剂 2-3滴,3 个月时增至 4
