1、基础英语真题回忆汇总2007 基础英语第一种:10 分的单词,有大学 4,6 级的水平就够了。第二种:20 分 10 题改错,也不是很难,但很贵,2 分一个动不动就不见几分,所以要细心。第三种:6 篇阅读,45 分,专八难度,所以买本专八的模拟题练吧。第四种:英译汉,25 分,好象是布什 2001 的发言,关于一个名叫“no child left behind”的法案的东东,不难,句子简单,没有生词。第五种:汉译英,25 分,似乎是最难的一部分,一段关于写作中繁简的论述,似乎是名篇,以前似乎在哪见过,但要把这给译好可真不简单啊。第六种:写作 25 分。300 到 400 字,题目是关于“对中国

Generations of writers on management have recognized that some practicing managers rely heavily on intuition. In gene

5、ral, however, such writers display a poor grasp of what intuition is. Some see it as the opposite of rationality; others view it as an excuse for capriciousness. Isenbergs recent research on the cognitive processes of senior managers reveals that managers intuition is neither of these. Rather, senio

6、r managers use intuition in at least five distinct ways. First, they intuitively sense when a problem exists. Second, managers rely on intuition to perform well-learned behavior patterns rapidly. This intuition is not arbitrary or irrational, but is based on years of painstaking practice learned beh

A third function of intuition is to synthesize isolated bits of data and practice into an integrated picture, often in an “Aha!” experience.

8、 Fourth, some managers use intuition as a check on the results of more rational analysis. Most senior executives are familiar with the formal decision analysis models and tools, and those who use such systematic methods for reaching decisions are occasionally leery of solutions suggested by these me

9、thods which run counter to their sense of the correct course of action. Finally, managers can use intuition to bypass indepth analysis and move rapidly to engender a plausible solution. Used in this way, intuition is an almost instantaneous cognitive process in which a manager recognizes familiar pa

10、tterns. One of the implications of the intuitive style of executive management is that “thinking” is inseparable from acting. Since managers often “know” what is right before they can analyze and explain it, they frequently act first and explain later. Analysis is inextricably tied to action in thin

11、king/acting cycles, in which managers develop thoughts about their companies and organizations not by analyzing a problematic situation and then acting, but by acting and analyzing in close concert. Given the great uncertainty of many of the management issues that they face, senior managers often in

12、stigate a course of action simply to learn more about an issue. They then use the results of the action to develop a more complete understanding of the issue. One implication of thinking/acting cycles is that action is often part of defining the problem, not just of implementing the solution.1. Acco
