Brief IntroductionDX6100 Dielectric Loss and Volume Resistivity Testing Instrument for Insulating Oil is a high-precision instrument, which c
5、an be applied to measure dielectric loss angle and Volume Resistivity of insulating oil etc. It is integrated by oil cup for dielectric loss, temperature-control equipment, temperature sensor, test-bridge for dielectric loss, AC trial electrical source, standard capacitor, high resistance meter and
6、DC high-voltage power etc. The most advanced heating mode of high frequency induction is applied to the heating part of this instrument, which has the advantage of non-contact of oil cup and heating unit, homogeneous heating, quick velocity and convenient control etc. AC-DC-AC conversion mode is app
7、lied to AC trial electrical source so that the problem how to measure correctly under the fluctuation of voltage and frequency can be avoided. Even when the electric generator is working, the instrument can operate correctly. The inner standard capacitor is SF6 three-pole inflate capacitor, whose di

17、electric loss can be avoided. 3.油杯使用 装入油杯 Install the oil cup:将油杯平稳放入仪器加热炉内,保证油杯底部接触良好,以便有良好电接触和热接触,装入后应将测试线接好,黑色线是信号测试线,白色是温度测量线 Put oil cup into heating stove steadily and make sure that the contact ion of the bottom of oil cup be OK. Then connect the testing cables, black one for signal testing,
18、white one for temperature testing. 取出油杯 Taking Oil Cup out:Please make sure that the power is off before taking out the black and white testing cables, then take out the oil cup 必须在断电情况下,先取下短的黑色、白色测量线后直接将油杯取出。4.拆装油杯电极Taking Oil Cup Electrode Apart将内电极固定钮旋松后可将内电极全部取出;同样,装入内电极后应将内电极固定钮旋紧。The inner ele
19、ctrodes can be fetched out after loosing fix knob . In the same way, fix knob should be tightened after taking inner electrode in.5.装入油样 Pouring Oil Sample into Cup将取出内电极的后油杯杯口朝上,然后将其向下轻斜约 60 度左右,再将装有 40ml被试油样的量杯的杯口边缘碰到油杯杯口内壁,接着量杯慢慢轻斜,缓慢将油倒入, 注意尽可能不要在油中夹入气泡;完成后便可将内电极慢慢装入油杯,然后打拧好内电极固定钮,再将整个装完油的油杯放入主机

Then put the inner electrodes into oil cup slightly. Fasten the inner electrodes, keep the whole oil cup still into the main instrument for mor

23、rface and cause the whole oil cup discard.6.油杯清洗 Cleaning Oil Cup 彻底清洗 Cleaning Oil Cup completely测量前,应对油杯进行的清洗,这一步骤非常重要。因为绝缘油对极微小的污染都有极为敏感的反应。因此必须严格按照下述方法要点进行。It is very important to clean oil cup before measuring because insulating oil has extreme sensitive reaction to very small pollution, so it
24、should be carried on according to the following method restrictly.a 完全拆卸油杯电极;. Take electrode of oil cup electrode apart completely; b 用中性擦皂或洗涤剂清洗。磨料颗粒和磨擦动作不应损伤电极表面;Clean with neuter soap or detergent. Abrasive particle and scrape action shouldnt destroy electrode surface.c 用清水将电极清洗几次;Clean electrod
25、e with water for several times;d 用无水酒精浸泡各零件;Soar every component with absolute alcohol;e 电极清洗后,要用丝绸类织物将电极各部件的表面擦拭干净(别的布料可能会有绒毛粘在电极上) ,并注意将零件放置在清洁的容器内,不要使其表面受灰尘及潮气的污染;Wipe out the surface of every components of electrode with fabric such as silk after cleaning electrode. 27、t into oven at about 100 to bake dry 以油洗油 Wash inner electrode in oil cup with oil from new oil sample:有时由于油样很多,所以在测量中往往会一个接一个油样进行测量。此时电极的清洗可简化。具体做法如下:Sometimes, oil sample is measured one by one in measurement because of many oil samples. Cleaning electrode can be simplified in this situation. Spec
28、ific steps are as follows:a 将仪器关闭,将整个油杯都从加热器中拿出,同时将内电极从油杯中取出;Close instrument, take out the whole oil cup from heater and take out inner electrode from oil cup at the same time;b 将油杯中的油倒入废油容器内,用新油样冲洗油杯几次;Pour oil from oil cup into wasting oil container and wash oil cup with new oil samples for sever

34、WM 加热方式,这样有利于油样加热均匀。高频感应炉加热避免了发热块加热不均匀的现象。AHeatingThe instrument adopts high frequency induction stove for heating. After starting heating, CPU of temperature control sends command of heating, and collects temperature of the sensor in the inner of oil cup. And the heating process adopt Switching Pow
35、er control and PWM control. When the temperature of the sample is too low, the instrument taking high-power heating mode, so it can shorter samples heating time. After the temperature gets close to the point thats set in advanced, the instrument taking low-power PWM heating mode, this mode makes the
