12、 ）厂家资料及设计院 图纸 Manufacturers document, designing institute drawings 2 ）调试大纲 The Outline of Unit Commissioning 3 编 制 目的 purpose of compilation 新安装机组，在锅炉过热器、再热器及其蒸汽系统等系统中，不可避免会有焊渣、 锈垢和其它杂物。在锅炉正式向汽机送汽前，用蒸汽吹扫的方法将这些杂物清除， 以确保机组的安全、经济运行。 In the supereheater, reheater and the relative steam system of new ere
13、ction boiler, there are unavoidable have some rusty, welding slag and other sundries. Before the boiler supply the steam to turbine, steam blowing will clean the sundries to ensure the safety and economical of unit running. 检查锅炉首 次点火前的各项试验工作。 The work and test before first light up will be checked.

25、ns and Conditions before commissioning 4.1 机 务 应具备 的条 件 the condition of mechanical 4.1.1 吹管的临时管道 系统 temporary piping system for steam blowing 临时管道安装完毕（包括疏水、保温等工作）。 Temporary pipeline installation has been finished (including drain, insulation etc). 临时控制门、旁路门、疏水门等安装调试完成。 Temporary control valves, th
26、e bypass valves and drain valves installation are complete. 靶板架安装完毕并确保在热态下易于拆、装靶板器，靶板按要求备齐。 A target frame installation and ensure the easy disassembly and assembly for target plate under the hot state, the target plates according to the requirements documented. 为保证靶板 处流场稳 定，靶板器前 应有 45 倍管径的直管段，靶 板器后
27、应有 23 倍管 径的直管段。 In order to ensure the steady flow field, before target plate device should be 4 5 times the pipe diameter of straight pipe section, after target plate device should be 2 3 times the diameter of straight pipe section. 临时控制门的开/ 关试验、灯光讯号试验合格。 Temporary control valves open/close test, t
28、he light signal test qualified. 29、y and air flue duct installation and insulation work finished. 引、送、一次风机及密封风机分系统试运工作结束。 ID fan, FD fan and seal air fan subsystem commissioning finished. 烟风系统各风门、档板的检查、调整工作结束，验收合格。 Dampers, baffles of air flue system the inspection and adjustment work finish, acceptance. 二次风量标定、一次 风调平试验、入磨一次风标定、锅炉冷态动
30、力场试验完成 Secondary air flow calibration, Primary air balance test ， Air flow calibration at mill entrance ， Cold state boiler air dynamic field test have been completed 4.1.3 火焰检测系统 flame detection system 火检冷却风机单体试运完毕，验收合格。 The individual trail running of flame detect cooling air fan finish and accept
31、ance. 工业电视系统调试完毕，能随时投入。 Industrial television system commissioning finished, can used at any time. 炉烟温探针调试合格。 The flue gas temperature probe commissioning finished. 4.1.4 电除尘系统 the ESP (electrostatic precipitator) system 电除尘器的安装、保温工作结束，验收合格。 The installation and insulation work of ESP finished and q
32、ualified. 电除尘器的升压、振打试验合格。 The voltage booster test and rapping test of ESP finish. 电除尘器灰斗加热装 置安装完毕，检查验收合格。 ESP ash hopper heating device installed, check the acceptance inspection. 4.1.5 燃油系统 fuel oil system 炉前燃油系统安装、保温工作结束。 Indian NCC 2 660MW Super-critical Coal-fired Power Plant Page 7 of 27 The i
33、nstallation and insulation work of fuel oil system finish. 炉前燃油系统水压试验结束，经水冲洗或蒸汽冲洗合格。 The hydraulic pressure test of fuel oil system has been finished, and the pipeline of system upon qualified water flushing or steam blowing. 燃油系统蒸汽吹扫管道安装、吹扫完毕，各吹扫阀调试完毕。 Fuel oil system steam purging piping installat
34、ion, blowing, the purge valves debugging are completed. 燃油系统各电、气动阀 门调试完毕，验收合格。 All the electric and pneumatic valve of fuel oil system commissioning completed and acceptance. 燃油系统各有关联锁保护 ( MFT 、OFT ) 模 拟试验合格。 Fuel oil system related interlock protection (MFT, OFT) simulation test qualified. 各油枪、高能点火
35、器的进退试验结束。 The advance and retract test of all the oil gun, high-energy ignition finish. 各油枪火检静态调试完毕。 The oil gun fire inspection static debugging finished. 4.1.6 锅炉本体部分 boiler body parts 锅炉本体的安装、保温工作全部结束，验收合格。 All the installation and insulation work of boiler body finish, qualified. 锅炉水压试验结束，验收合格。
36、The hydro pressure test of boiler finished and qualified. 疏 放 水、 放空 气 、 储水 罐 水 位调 节阀 管 路系统 安 装 、保 温工 作 全部结 束 。 各电 动阀 门 调 试完毕，验收合格。 Drain & vent system and water level control valve piping system installation and insulation work all over. The electric valves debugging finished and acceptance. 水压试验后，过热器、再热器水压试验堵阀拆除，恢复正常。 After hydro pressure test, the block for hydraulic pressure test of superheater and reheater dismantled and recovered to normal. 各汽水管道的弹簧支吊架完整，完好，销子拆除。
