13、e that the ancillary equipment such as fans, dust collector piping, electrical equipment in good condition(3) 设备各部分必须按图纸要求安装完毕,各连接处螺栓无松动现象Parts of equipment must be installed by drawing,each connection bolts must be tightened(4) 设备密封性良好,花板、灰斗、管道、法兰连接处无漏风现象,检查门开启灵活,关闭严密。The equipment must be sealed w
14、ell,the plates, the ash hopper, the pipeline, flanges junction does not have leaked out phenomenon,Check doors open nimbly, closes strictly.(5) 滤袋无破损,袋口涨圈应嵌牢,袋笼垂直度应符合要求。No broken bag, bags rubber band should be firmly embedded in the bag cage, verticality should meet the requirements.(6) 检查各气动阀门气源是否

17、 and the flow sheet2. 空载试车 No Load Operation(1) 检查阀门密封状况,并做好检查记录。Check the valve seal condition, and make inspection records.(2) 检查所有气动阀门执行机构的动作是否灵敏,运行可靠。Check all the pneumatic valve actuators movement is sensitive, reliable. (3) 压缩气体配管系统进行通气压力试验,试验压力为工作压力的 1.25 倍,检查进气口装置上的调压阀工作是否正常,管路有无漏气或堵塞现象Comp

30、案及步骤 Bag inspection program and procedures为了保证设备的安全稳定运行,布袋必须一年检修一次。检修的内容为补修或者更换布袋。其具体步骤如下:In order to guarantee that equipments security steady operation, the bag must one year overhaul one time. Maintenance includes a conversion or replacement bag。The specific steps are as follows:1. 停机后即可打开洁净室的上顶盖
31、,在过一小时待洁净室余气放干净才可进去检修。检修一定要带上防毒面具。To stop running and then open the top cover of clean room, One hour later carries on the overhaul , Maintenance must be put on gas masks.2. 将框架从布袋孔中间慢慢抽起。注意如果遇到阻力,可将框架轻轻抖动然后再往回抽。直到将整个框架提出洁净室。The framework of the slowly withdrawn from the hole in the bag, Note If you

33、om .4. 检查布袋。完好无损的布袋应进行清洗晾干备用。破损不严重的应清洗补修备用,严重破损的应更换。Check bags. Good bag should be clean, dry spare. No serious damage repair and wash stand, seriously damaged should be replaced.5. 布袋重新安装。见安装说明书。Re-install the bag。See installation instructions八、 注意事项 Notes1.本除尘器在设计参数范围内运行,不允许在超过指定温度或超负荷下运行。The dust
