40、侧宽度） ，并复核处理宽度和原地表标高。画好平面图，经监理工程师 认可后，方可进行开挖施工。 3.基底清理 （1）施工前应清除坑内浮土、积水和泥浆，基坑边坡必须稳定，防 止塌方。 （2） 开挖采用半幅施工半幅通车方法， K0+020K0+300 及 K0+800 K1+070 先开挖左侧半幅，右侧半幅通车；待左侧半幅换填到原地面标高 后，再进行右侧半幅施工。 （3）在挖除基础下一定深度内的软弱土层时，应避免坑底原状土层 受扰动，为此可保留 300500mm 厚土层暂不挖去，待铺填换填料前再挖 至施工图标示高程。应防止基坑边坡坍土混入填层。 4.基坑检查 检查基坑开挖是否达到设计要求，基础承载力
41、是否达到设计要求， 基坑开挖尺寸是否满足施工要求。5.换填材料检验 本合同段软基路基处理方法为换填大碴石，大碴石的强度必须达到 设计或规范要求。 6.分层铺换填料（1）回填材料地基底面宜铺设在同一高程上，如深度不同时，基土 面应按施工图挖成台阶或斜坡搭接，搭接处应夯实，施工应按先深后浅 的顺序进行。 （2）分段填筑时每层接缝处应做成斜坡型，接缝部位不得在基础， 墙角等重要部位。 7.分层压实 （1）为保证换填土压实的均匀及密实度，在重型辗压机辗压前，应 整平层面。 （2）控制辗压机械的速度，经静压 2 遍后，采用强振 68 遍。 （3）换填材料太干燥时，应洒水，以保证上下材料结合良好。 （4）
