2、学簇都有一个骨干，并且由军训骨干代理学簇长，这样我就算是学簇成立了。 第二、建立值日班委。这个的时间大概在高一第一学期结束，为什么呢？这个主要是为了管理班级上自习的纪律，可能是经过一段时间的了解，同学都比较熟悉了，上自习总有说话的现象，很影响大家的学习。我经过多次强调效果也很不明显，制定了一些处罚机制，也不太容易操作。并且呢我也不可能一直在教室看学生。于是我就在同学中进行了调查，学生就提议，说哪些同学比较有威信，大家都听他的。后来我就让同学自己定，每个学簇定出一个值日班委，在上自习时管理班级的纪律，并且九个值日班委随着学簇的值日，只负责一天，也不会耽误自己的学习，平时还会配合其他班委管好身边的
3、同学，当然，我也做了一些同学的思想工作，让同学评出那一天的纪律最好，是谁负责纪律的，以此调动起值日班委的责任心。 第三、升入高二年级后，文理分科，部分学生进行了调整，我对新班级的同学再次进行了abcd的划分，重新编了学簇，并且还是在每个学簇内同时选出了学簇长和值日班委。并且还要求不是同一个人担任，为什么呢？在高一的时候，之所以选值日班委，是因为当时的学簇长是军训骨干，但后来发现有些同学在班级里不太有威信，所以选值日班委负责纪律。（班主任 ）升高二后呢，我选学簇长，主要是选一些比较细心的女生，这样收个作业了，干点学校、学部分配的工作了，都比较有耐心。而选值日班委呢，主要是选在班里和同学玩的比较好
4、的，有人缘的，有威信的这些人来担当，这样干什么事有号召力，说出的话大家听，比较适合管理。 第四、学簇深度化。后来学校一直强调学簇的重要性，强调学簇评价。我就在学簇的值日方面进行了探索，让值日学簇把一天的工作管起来，并且建立了值日学簇记录本，主要分这么几方面，考勤、卫生、纪律、展示名单，评价名单，对今天值日的小结，对明天下一簇的工作提出建议等六方面的记录。 另外我的一些想法； 一、在我的班级中，我经常教育学生要有正气，我跟同学说：一个班级风气的好不好，起绝于你想不想让它好，并且反作用于各位同学。同学一定要有正义感，在有歪风邪气出现时，一定要挺身而出。你就是正义的化身，有你在的地方就不允许有黑暗。
