3、to Nanjing Medical University; Department of Oncology, Yancheng City No.1 Peoples Hospital; Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of fluorouracil sustained-release agent for treatment of patients with gastric cancer and its effect on serum E-CAD, CEA and CA72-4 levels.Methods 90 patients with
4、 gastric cancer were randomly divided into control group (n=45) and observation group (n=45) in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2016.The patients in control group were treated with radical resection of gastric cancer, while the patients in observation group were treated with fluorouracil
5、 sustained-release agent based on radical resection of gastric cancer.The level of serum E-CAD was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) .The levels of serum CEA and CA72-4 were measured by radioimmunoassay, the level of serum E-CAD, CEA and CA72-4 were analyzed between the two group
6、s.Results The levels of E-CAD, CEA and CA72-4 of patients before treatment in the two groups were not statistically significant (P0.05) .The levels of E-CAD, CEA and CA72-4 of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment (P0.05) .The 6-month and 12-mon
7、th survival rate of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P0.05) .Conclusion The treatment effect of 5-fluorouracil sustained-release agent based on radical resection is the best way to reduce the levels of serum E-CAD, CEA and CA72-4, and it is worthy to be po
