40、课、授课的不易，深刻体验到大学教师讲课不易，能过更加尊重教师的劳动成果，尊师重教，努力成才。通过对农村的调研，进一步领悟了开展形势政策教育和宣传党中央政策的重要性，有利于大学生牢固树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观，坚持共产主义的信仰。2、使大学生增长才干、提高素质生活在新时代的大学生，大多是独生子女，具有独立性不强、合作意识淡薄等不足，“三下乡”支教活动，是青年锻炼成长的有效途径。学生通过到祖国和人民需要的地方去，到条件艰苦的地方去，通过艰苦环境的锻炼，能够磨练意志、砥砺品格，把学到的知识有效用于实践，在实践中继续学习提高。在支教活动中，集体生活、互相的帮助能够让大学生更加清醒的认识到团体协作
