2、生产高压三相异步电动机的设计制造经验而开发的系列产品。 该系列电动机采用九十年代新技术、新材料、新工艺，选材考究、制造精良，具有体积小、重量轻、效率高、噪声低、振动小、运行安全可靠、使用维护方便等特点。 该系列电动机符合我国国家标准 GB/T755 旋转电机 定额和性能、行业标准 G B/T 1 3 957 大型三相异步电动机基本系列技术条件（机座号 H710 1000 ）和国际标准IEC34 ，其防爆性能符合 GB38 36.1 爆炸性气体环境用电气设备 第 1 部分：通用要求和 GB3836.3 爆炸性气体环境用电气设备 第 3 部分：增安型“ e ” 各部分机械尺寸和公差符合相应的国家标

4、标、安装与外形尺寸与基本系列的相同。 1 General Series YAKK & YAKS high-voltage (6kV) increase-safety three-phase induction motors (frame size 710 1000) are the serial products developed and manufactured by Nanyang Explosion Protection Group Co., Ltd. (CNE), combining with the design and manufacture experience of long
5、-term and stable producing high-voltage three-phase induction motors, on the basis of absorbing manufacturing technology of high-voltage motors introducing from Siemens of Germany. Adopting the new technique, material and technology in the 1990s, and being of excellent workmenship, these series moto
6、rs have many remarkable features such as compact construction, lightweight, high efficiency, low noise, small vibration, safe operation and easy maintenance etc. These series motors conform to China national standard GB/T755 Rating and Performance for Rotating Electrical Machines, industry standard
7、GB/T13957 Technical Requirement for the Fundamental Series Three-phase Large Asynchronous Motors (frame size H710 1000) and international standard IEC34， and explosion protection property of these series motors conforms to GB3836.1 Electrical Apparatus for Explosive Gas Atmospheres Part 1: General R
8、equirements and GB3836.3 Electrical Apparatus for Explosive Gas Atmospheres Part 3: Increase Safety “e”. The machine dimensions and tolerances of all parts conform to corresponding China national standards and international standards. For the enclosure of these series motors, the degree of protectio
9、n is IP44, IP54 and IP55，cooling form IC611 and IC81W and mounting arrangement is IMB3. 12、2-pole） 空 空冷却 轴中心高（ 71 0mm ） Air-to-air cooling Shaft centre height（ 710mm） 2 结构说明 该系列电动机采用国际上流行的箱式结构，机座、端盖等部件用钢板焊成，轴承采用端盖式球面滑动轴承，具有负荷能力强，检修及装配方便等优点。电动机重量轻、刚度好。卸下冷却器，可观察，安装和维修方便。 电动机定子采用 F 级绝缘，定子线圈采用双玻璃丝包薄膜带绕包 铜扁线绕制，经包扎主绝缘后 VPI 整体浸渍处理具有较高的电气强度、机械强度、绝缘性能、防潮性和热稳定性。 转子采用铜条结构，导条和端环之间采用可靠的焊接工艺，并采取了防止导条断裂
13、的可靠措施，经高精度校验平衡，电动机运转平稳，振动小。 高压接线盒为密封结构，接线空腔大，留有电缆头位置。接线盒在电动机右侧（轴伸端视之）。当电动机功率为 2000KW 及以上时，在电动机主接线盒的另一侧设置有副接线盒，用于电动机定子三相绕组的中性点连接以及电动机的差动保护。 根据用户需要，电动机可安装轴承测温仪表，监测轴 承温度；也可根据用户需要设置定子绕组测温和防冷凝加热装置。 2 Construction Features These series motors employ box structure popular in the world， and frame, end shiel
14、d etc. are welded with steel plate. End-shield sphere sleeve bearings are employed, with the merits of high load capacity and easy overhaul and assembling. These motors have lightweight and good rigidity. Observation， installation and maintenance can be done easily after taking down coolers. Stator
15、windings, Class f insulation, are wound with two glass fiber covered film tape lappped flat copper wire. The whole windings are vacuum-pressure-impregnated to make them possess higher electrical performance， mechanical strength, insulating property, moisture resistance and thermostability. The mater
16、ial of rotor bars is copper， reliable welding technology is supplied between bars and end rings and reliable measures have been taken to prevent bar from rupture. After high precision balancing verification, the motors can run smoothly， with small vibration. 4 High-voltage terminal boxes are seal st
17、ructure with a large terminal compartment within which positions of cable head are left. The terminal boxes locate on the right side of the motors（ viewing from the drive end） . For the motor output 2,000KW and above， a secondary terminal box is equipped at one side of the primary terminal box, bein
18、g used of neutral point connection of stator three-phase windings and differential protection of motors. According to consumer requirements， motors can be equipped with a bearing temperature detector to detect bearing temperature and also with a stator winding temperature detector and an anticondens
