If There Are Additional Expenses: Addit
17、ional wedding day photographic coverage requested on the wedding day is generally not available. We will try our best to honor spe-cial requests if the time is available. If so, it will be charged at the rate of $500.00 per hour for Ellis and $250.00 per hour for a second photogra-pher/assistant. De
18、stination weddings, additional travel time and out of town ex-penses are prepaid extras. Those charges will be estimated and any differ-ence in estimate versus actual will be refunded or billed within 2 weeks. Events occurring outside our normal day may incur overnight ac-commodations and meals for
19、our staff. Those expenses will be charged at face value plus any additional standard or travel time required. A Word About Payments: Your wedding will be guaranteed upon receipt of the non refund-able reservation fee equal to 25% of the chosen package (minimum of $750.00) and the signed contract. Th
20、e wedding balance may be paid in one of two ways. Option One: Pay in full when you reserve the wedding date and you will receive a complimentary 16 x 20 portrait from any of your images. Option Two: Scheduled up to three agreeable dates for automatic payments prior to the wedding. These may be eithe
21、r be with a credit card or checks. There is a service charge for returned checks or disapproved charges. How You View And Select Your Images: Your images are posted online within a few days following your wedding. We will also design your Storytelling Dream Album from your wedding images. Your Colla
22、ge Layout will also be ready so you can download and email the computer quality image to your friends. Print quality copies will be available for purchase. To assist you in selecting the images you want to keep, we will mail you a folder with thumbnail proof images and a selection sheet . You will b
23、e provided with much more information and direction when the time comes to plan your album layout. You have projected viewings in the studio to make your final decisions about specific images. Everyone who wishes to view the images by projector should be at one of those viewings. Additional viewing
