1、Scope of Work: Inland Empire Utilities Agency (IEUA) is working to calibrate approximately 35 meters within our plants and recharge basins. For a proposed list of meters that require calibration, please see Attachment A. The specification for calibration is listed in Attachment B. If requested, staf
2、f can arrange a site visit to the plants and offsite facilities. Also, prior to issuing a contract, the contractor must successfully complete four meter calibrations approved by IEUA staff, which include RP-1 CCB Basin 1, Philly Pump Station, South Zone Pump Station

11、ation: Analog instrumentation and control system equipment shall be calibrated and tested after installation to verify that contract system requirements are satisfied. The INSTRUMENTATION SUB-CONTRACTOR shall provide all necessary labor, tools, and equipment to calibrate and test each instrument in
12、accordance with the manufacturers specifications and instructions. Each instrument shall be calibrated at a minimum of five points using test equipment to simulate inputs and read outputs. A fewer number of calibration steps may be used for selected instruments if prior written approval has been obt
13、ained from the ENGINEER. All test equipment and instruments used to simulate inputs and read outputs shall be suitable for the purpose intended and shall be related to an accuracy greater than the required accuracy of the instrument being calibrated. Such test equipment shall have accuracy traceable
14、 to the National Institute of Standards and Technology. All analog instruments shall be calibrated and tested in place without removal. All test data shall be entered on test forms. These test forms shall verify compliance with all applicable contract accuracy requirements, instrument manufacturer p
15、ublished performance specifications and permissible tolerances at each point of calibration. A report shall be delivered to the ENGINEER for each instrument, certifying that the instrument has been calibrated, in the presence of the ENGINEER or the ENGINEERS designated representative and meets contract and system requirements. The report shall include but not be limited to pertinent manufacturers name plate data, units span setting, any error in percent at each test point, switch and alarm set points, valve stroking and controller balancing information, etc.
