1、中国科学院青岛生物能源与过程研究所暨中国科学院能源科学与技术中心骨干人才需求信息一、研究所简介中国科学院青岛生物能源与过程研究所(筹)(Qingdao Institute of Biomass Energy and Bioprocess Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences,简称“QIBEBT,CAS”),是中国科学院、山东省与青岛市于2006年7月开始共同筹建的,是瞄准国家战略需求和世界科技前沿建立的新型研究所,是纳入国家“知识创新工程”支持范围的中国科学院直属科研机构。 二、建所使命坚持知识创新、技术创新与区域创新相结合,坚持科技创新与人才培育相结
2、合,面向能源、环保与资源等国家重大需求,面向国际生物加工与转化科技前沿,重点在生物资源、微生物转化、生物过程工程等领域开展植物、微生物等生命体遗传改良的技术研究,生物过程集成优化研究,提升我国工业生物技术研究与产业化水平,从根本上解决生物能源技术体系中生物质资源不足、生物转化和加工效率低下以及生物转化工艺难以规模化生产等难题,引领构建我国生物能源科技创新体系;建立面向社会的工业生物技术与过程公共技术研发平台,提升区域自主创新能力,带动区域相关产业发展,培育新兴产业;结合科技创新实践培养研究生,结合区域经济社会发展需求与知识技术转移转化为社会培养、培训、输送技术人才。 三、发展目标通过3至5年的
