5、筹备此次研讨会所做出的努力表示衷心感谢。同时，我也要特别感谢中国机电产品进出口商会、美国中国总商会、中国驻美使馆经商处和中国驻纽约总领馆经商室，他们为此次研讨会成功举办做了大量工作。 促进中美企业间的合作是中国代表团访问俄亥俄州和克里夫兰市的主要目的 之一。此次随访的中国企业家代表团由36家企业51人组成。这些企业都是中国知名企业，其中部分企业已在美国投资，但大多数企业希望通过此行在美国寻求投资机会或采购美国产品。此次中国政府和企业家代表团访问俄州，俄州人民对中国人民的友好情谊，俄州州政府和克里夫兰市政府促进对华经贸合作所做的不懈努力，给我们留下了深刻的印象。我相信，今天的研讨会，将进一步增进
6、中国企业对俄州和克里夫兰市投资环境和产品的了解，并对扩大中国与俄州的贸易及相互投资，深化中国企业与俄州企业的经贸合作起到重要作用。 俄亥俄州是美国内陆水运和州际公路系统的交叉枢纽，具有得天独厚的地理优势，拥有较强的制造业、服务业、农业等产业基础，以及良好的营商环境、完善的基础设施、优越的办公条件和高素质的人力资源。俄亥俄州是美国三大工业基地之一，也是美国唯一自1998年来出口持续增长的州。目前俄州是全美第二大汽车产品和橡胶制品出口地、第三大钢铁制品出口地、第四大塑料产品出口地、第五大机械出口地。近十年来，俄州投资环境不断改善，经济迅速发展，为企业家提供了巨大的商机，成visitohioandc

11、seeingasustainedexportincrease.currently，ohioisthesecondlargestexportingstateofautomobileproductsandrubberproductstochina，thethirdlargestofironandsteelproducts，thefourthofplasticproductsandthefifthofmachinery.inthepastdecade，theinvestmentclimateinohiohasbeen 为外国企业在美制造业投资的重要地区之一。 中国是俄州的重要贸易伙 伴。中国政府十分
12、重视发展与俄州的经贸关系，采取积极措施，促进中国企业与俄州企业的交流与合作。近年来，俄州对华出口迅速增长，2021年俄州对华出口额达到9.34亿美元，比2021年增长了108%，目前中国已成为俄州第七大出口市场。双边投资合作也取得一定进展，目前，俄州有190多家企业在华投资，经营状况良好，在取得丰厚利润回报的同时，占有的中国市场份额不断扩大。中国企业在俄州投资也开始起步，尽管目前投资规模还不大，但越来越多的中国企业对俄州投资环境表现出浓厚的兴趣，积极寻求在俄州发展的机遇。俄州政府和克里夫兰市政府积极拓展与中国的合作，继在中国香港设立贸易办公室之后，最近又在中国上海设立了贸易办公室。这些举措必将

15、f108%.atpresent，chinaistheseventhlargestexportmarketforohio.two-wayinvestmenthasalsoscoredcertain achievements.sofar，morethan190ohiocompanieshavemadepresenceinchina，performingquitewell.whilegainingbigreturns，theirmarketshareisenlarging.chinesecompaniesalsobegantoinvestinohio，thoughthescaleisnotbigye
16、t.butmoreandmorechinesecompaniesareshowinginterestinohiosinvestmentenvironmentandseekingfordevelopmentopportunities.thestategovernmentofohioandclevelandmunicipalgovernmenthavebeenactivelyexploringcooperationwithchina.afterthetradeofficeinhongkong，anothertradeofficewassetupinshanghai.themoveswillplay
17、apivotalroleinstrengtheningcommunicationandexchangesandpromotingcooperationbetweenamericanandchinesebusinesses，aswellasincreasingbilateraltradeandinvestment.ladiesandgentlemen， overthepast27yearsafterthe establishmentofdiplomatictiesbetweenchinaandtheu.s.，thetradeandeconomic计，2021年双边贸易达到2116亿美元，是建交时
18、的86倍。目前美国是中国第二大贸易伙伴，中国是美国第三大贸易伙伴。中国加入世贸组织以来的5年，是美对华出口增长最快的5年。2021-2021年，两国贸易额年均增长27.4%，美对华出口年均增长21.5%，2021年美对华出口额比2021年增长118%，是美对全球出口增幅的4.9倍，远高于美对其他所有主要出口市场的增长率，中国由2021年美第9大出口市场跃升为2021年的第4大出口市场，成为带动美出口增长的主要因素。今年前10个月，美对华出口额接近500亿美元，超过去年全年的出口额，增幅达24%。如能保持这一增长势头，2021年中国有可能跃升为美国的第3大出口市场。 在双边贸易快速增长的同时，双
19、向投资得到快速发展。美国是中国最大的外资来源地之一。截至2021年10月底，美在华累计投资设立企业51352家，实际对华投入资金超过529亿美元。目前，中国已成为美国企业海外利润的主要来源地之一，2021年美在华投资企业实现利润总额约97亿美元。与此同时，美企业通过投资不断扩大在中国市场的占有份额，2021年cooperationbetweenthetwocountrieshasdevelopedrapidlythankstoourjointefforts.accordingtochinasstatistics，thebilateraltradereached$211.6billionin20

23、srapiddevelopment.theu.s.isoneofthelargestinvestmentsourcesforchina.bytheendofoctober，2021，51，352u.s.-fundedcompanieshadbeenestablishedinchinawithatotalinputofover$52.9billion.atpresent，chinahasbecomeoneofthemajorsourcesofoverseasprofitforuscompanies.in2021，uscompaniesinchinamadeabout$9.7billioninpr
24、ofit.inthemeantime，uscompaniesincreasedtheirmarketsharesinchinathroughinvestment.accordingtopreliminarystatistics，in 在中国国内市场的销售额达770亿美元。 近年来，中国政府采取积极 措施，推进有实力的中国企业到海外投资，截至2021年底，中国企业海外累计投资额约670亿美元，2021年当年达70亿美元。与此同时，中国对美投资快速增长，截至2021年10月底，中国企业在美直接投资近30亿美元。目前，美国已成为中国企业“走出去”拓展海外业务的重要目的地之一。海尔、华为、中远、中石油
25、、联想等不少中国知名企业在美取得良好业绩的同时，为解决当地就业，促进美国经济与社会发展做出了积极贡献。 当然，也要看到，作为一个 发展中国家，中国企业进行海外投资还缺乏经验，希望中国的企业家们充分学习和借鉴包括美国在内的众多跨国公司海外投资的成功经验，加强对外合作，在开拓国际业务方面取得新的进展。 女士们，先生们： 当前，中国经济保持平稳较 快发展的良好态势。2021年gdp增幅有望接近10%，进出口总额约1.7万亿美元，其中进口7700亿美元左右，居美国、德国之后成 2021uscompaniessalesrevenueinchinasdomesticmarketstoodat$77bill

30、utus$1.7trillion，ofwhichimportwilltotalataroundus$770billion.chinawillbecome为世界第三大贸易国和第三大进口市场；吸收外国直接投资超过600亿美元，继续居发展中国家之首位。中国政府将扩大内需作为拉动经济增长的重要引擎，采取一系列措施促进中国的商品和服务市场持续扩大。在扩大内需政策的驱动下，2021年，中国社会消费品零售总额增幅将超过13%，高于gdp增幅4个百分点。 为解决中国经济发展面临的一系列问题（就业、城乡差别、区域差别、分配不公、法制不健全、环境与生态问题、社会道德等），去年下半年，中国政府做出构建社会主义和谐社
31、会的重要部署，并设定了实现民主法治、公平正义、诚信友爱、充满活力、安定有序、人与自然和谐相处的工作目标。 2021年-2021年是中国经济发展的重要时期。正在实施的第十一个五年规划将使中国经济步入新的稳定增长与和谐发展期。未来4年，中国的gdp年均增长率预期可达7.5%以上。预计2021年，中国国内生产总值将达到3.2万亿美元，人均2400美元，社会消费品零售总额和社会生产资料销售总额合计将达到4.8万亿美元，进出口贸易总额2.3万亿美元，其中年进口 theworldsthirdlargesttradingpowerand importer，nexttotheusandgermany.chin
