1、第5期(2014年5月) 中国科技论坛 一5一渐进式创新与激进式创新 前因变量、绩效结果和交互作用张婧1,何(1华中科技大学管理学院,湖北武汉430074;2勇1,段艳玲2武汉体育学院体育经济管理学院,湖北 武汉430079)摘要:本文探讨了渐进式创新和激进式创新的三类前因变量,以及两种创新对新产品绩效的影响及其交互作用。研究结果显示:环境压力、市场导向和创新导向对两种类型创新均具有显著的正向影响;企业规模、经营年份以及成本领先战略对创新的影响并不显著;差异化战略仅对激进式创新有显著影响;两种类型的创新均正向影响新产品绩效;两种类型创新的交互作用不显著。关键词:渐进式创新;激进式创新;产品创新
