33、ce, mail, report, meeting minute, training, quality procedure and any others manner etc to ensure the quality management system and its effectiveness are communicated between each functional dept.5.6 Management ReviewChaired by General Manager or his appointed person, the management review is perfor

34、med to review the quality management system at least once a year. To ensure its continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness as well as meet the requirement of the International Standard ISO9001: 2000 and the companys stated quality policy and objectives. The review input and output stated in

36、/Issue A0 Status Controlled Page6.1 Provision of resources Each relevant dept initiates its resources requirement base on the actual need, then submit it to corresponding senior management and all departmental managers for review. The provision of resources is aiming at implementing, maintaining and

37、 improving the processes of quality management system and enhancing customer satisfaction. General Manager shall provide adequate resources including the assignment of equipment and trained personnel to manage, perform and verify product and production process.6.2 Human ResourcesI. All staff should

38、possess appropriate education, training, skills and experience to performing work affecting product quality. Each dept manager shall assure his/her subordinator have appropriate on-job skills.II. Competence, awareness and training Our company established and maintained procedure FQP-TRN01 to ensure:

39、 Determine the necessary competence for personnel performing work affecting product quality; Provide training or adjust position or demotion to satisfy these needs; Evaluate the effectiveness of the action taken through examination; Ensure our staff are aware of the relevance and importance of their

40、 activities and how they contribute to the achievement of the quality objectives; Human resource dept maintains appropriate records of education, training, skills and experience.6.3 InfrastructureThe Facility department and facility engineering department with the respective department heads will pl

41、an the infrastructures for manufacturing of products. The infrastructures will include the working space, utilities, process equipment and supporting service required to meet the customer requirements. All plans for infrastructures are reviewed and approved by the management prior execution. The res

42、pective department and/or personnel who own the infrastructure is responsible to maintain daily and improve the conditions. The Facility department and facility engineering department are responsible to maintain periodically and improve the conditions.6.4 Work environmentAccording to work requiremen

43、t, the dept manager or supervisor shall determine and manage the work environment needed to achieve conformity to product requirements. This may include:a) The workshop should be sun-proof, rainproof, windproof and damp-proof;b) Good air ventilation, fire control, keep the congenial temperature c) A

Our company performs all processes / activities according to this quality manual and the documented procedures to achieve quality policy, quality obj

46、ectives as well as consistent with customer expectations and requirements.II. With the development of our company, if there is any new product or new technology or new project that can not meet the requirements of customer or product. Program Manager/Program Assistant /Manufacturing Engineer and Qua

47、lity Engineer shall make the quality control plan on this project and take into action to satisfy customer requirements and specified product requirements. 7.2Customer-related processes7.2.1. Determination of requirements related to the productThe BUM / program manager / program assistant shall dete

48、rmine customer requirements through communication, market survey, all kinds of media, studying statutory and regulatory requirements and experience of communication. Customer requirements include: Requirements specified by the customer, including the requirements for delivery and post-delivery activities; Requirements not stated by the customer but necessary for specified or intended use, where known; Statutory and regulatory requirements related to the product; Any additional requirements determined by our company.7.
