1、 PNOZ X3P 产品描述 安全继电器 PNOZ X3P被封装在一个 45mm p-99的塑壳里面。该装置可以接24 . 240 VAC/DC.的电源使用。 Description The Safety Relay PNOZ X3P is enclosed in a45 mm P-99 housing. The unit can beoperated with 24 . 240 VAC/DC. 特点 继电器输出: 3 对常开触点 和一对辅助触点 。 Positiveguided型触点。(指采用机械方式 联 接使常开和常闭触点永远不能同时闭合的触点 ) 接线连接包括急停按钮、安全门限位开关、复

The safety

4、 function remains effective in the case of a component failure. The correct opening and closing of the safety function relays is tested automatically in each on-off cycle. When the operating voltage is supplied the LED “Power“ is illuminated. The unit is ready for operation, when the reset circuit S13-S14 is closed or a reset co

8、e-energise. The status indicators for “CH.1“ and “CH.2“ go out. Y32 switches off when the relays de-energise to rest position 操作模式 Operating Modes 单通道操作:输入接线按照 VDE 0113-1 及 EN 60204-1标准执行, 输入电路中无双回路冗余输入 。 接地 故障将会在急停回路中被检测。 Single-channel operation: Input wiring according to VDE 0113-1 and EN 60204-1, no redundancy in the input circuit. Earth faults in the Emergency Stop circuit and shorts across the emergency stop push button are also detected. 自动复位:当输入回路闭合时 装置 立即被激活。 Au

12、will only be active if the reset circuit is opened before the input circuit closes, and the reset circuit is closed after the input circuit has closed and the waiting time has elapsed (see technical data). This eliminates the possibility of the reset button being overridden, triggering automatic act

Increase in the number of available contacts by connection of external contactors/relays. 操作 Operation Please note for operation: 装置(使用螺丝压线的 端子排)交货时 在 S11-S12间 带有一短路跨接片(双通道输入回路)。 Unit (screw terminals) delivered with a bridge between S11-S12 (2-channel input circuit) 仅 13-14/23-24/33-34几对触点

16、 Pilz during the final control check. However, a test is possible after installing the unit and it can be carried out as follows: 1、装置备妥 (输出触点闭合) 1. Unit ready for operation (output contacts closed) 2、为探测输入回路间的短路,将 S22-S32短接, 2. Short circuit the test (connection) terminals S22-S32 for detecting sho

17、rts across the inputs. 3、装置的保险必定被 TRIGGER,并且同时输出回路切断。 电缆在最大允许长度范围内时,能够延迟保险 trigger达 2分钟。 3. The units fuse must be triggered and the output contacts must open. Cable lengths in the scale of the maximum length can delay the fuse triggering for up to 2 minutes. 复位 /更换保险:去掉短路后关断操作电压 约 1分钟。 4. Reset the

18、 fuse: remove the short circuit and switch off the operating voltage for approx. 1 minute. 使用铜线能耐受 60-75C. Use copper wiring that will withstand60/75 C. Important details in the section “Technical Data“ should be noted and adhered to. To operate: 供给操作电压:连接工作电压至端子 A1 、 A2. Supply operating voltage Co

Connect N/C contact from safety switch (e.g. Emergency-Stop) to S12 and S11. 无短路检测、双通道:连接 S21-S22,连接急停按钮的常闭触点至 S11-S12 及S11-S32 - Dual-channel, without short circuit detection

21、: Link S21-S22. Connect N/C contact from safety switch (e.g. emergency stop) to S11-S12 and S11-S32 有短路检测的双通道:短接 S11-S12,连接急停按钮的常闭触点至 S21-S22 及 S31-S32. - Dual-channel, with short circuit detection: Bridge S11-S12. Connect N/C contact from safety switch (e.g. emergency-stop) to S21-S22 and S31-S32.

The status indicators “CH.1“and “CH.2“ are illuminated. The unit is ready for operation. If

24、the input circuit is opened, the safety contacts 13-14/23-24, 33-34 open and the auxiliary contact 41-42 closes. The status indicator goes out. 再次激活闭合输入回路。如果是带监视的手动复位,按下连接在 S33-S34上的按钮。状态指示灯将再次点亮,安全触点闭合。 Reactivation Close the input circuit. For manual reset with monitoring, press the button between

The status indicators light up again, the safety contacts are closed. 应用 fig2 fig10是 带自动、监视复位的 急停按钮接线实 例,安全门控制以及通过接触器扩展触点的实例。 Fig. 2 、 Fig7 中 S33-S34没有接线 Fig. 3, 4, 5, 6, 8中 S13-S14没有接线 Fig. 7,带安全门控制的自动复位:安全门被打开后装置通过 S13-S14复位来进入备妥状态,闭合输入电路 S11-S12, S21, S22及 S31-S32后,安全触点将会闭合。 请注意 Fig. 2

26、及 Fig7,:失电后装置会自动启动,你需要采取扩展外部电路的措施来避免不希望发生的启动。 Application In Fig. 2 .Fig. 10 are connection examples for Emergency Stop wiring with automatic and monitored reset. Safety gate controls as well as contact expansion via external contactors. Fig. 2 and 7: S33-S34 not connected Fig. 3, 4, 5, 6, 8: S13-S1

27、4 not connected Fig. 7: Automatic reset with safety gate control: with the safety gate open the unit is ready for operation via reset circuit S13- S14. After closing the safety input circuit S11-S12, S21, S22 and S31-S32 the safety contacts will close. Please note for Fig. 2 and 7: the device starts

28、 automatically after loss of power. 29、fuse causes the output contacts to open. Once the cause of the fault has been removed and operating voltage is switched off, the unit will be ready for operation after approximately 1 minute. Contact failure: In the case of welded contacts, no further activation is possible following an opening of the input circuit. LED “Power“ is not illuminated if shortcircuit or the supply voltage is lost
