1、电石乙炔法合成氯乙烯单体高汞触媒的现状分析 吴刚强,郎中敏,赵磊琰( = S/v, = h 014010)K 1:氯乙烯单体(VCM)主要用来合成聚氯乙烯(PVC)。聚氯乙烯是世界五大工程塑料之一,聚氯乙烯在各行各业具有十分广泛的应用。由于能源结构形式和潜在的成本优势,目前,我国氯乙烯单体工业合成工艺主要以电石乙炔法为主。但该法催化剂高汞触媒的使用会带来系列问题,是其发展的瓶颈。本文指出了高汞触媒一系列弊端,对其现状进行了分析,并对电石乙炔法氯乙烯单体合成工艺催化剂的发展趋势进行了展望。1oM:氯乙烯;电石乙炔法;氯化汞;催化剂ms |:TQ222.4+23 DS M :AcI|: 1006
