10、:2图 2 中:直径 D=6.00.1mm,计量长度 G=250.1mm,圆角最小半径 R=6mm,A 长度为最小30mm。试棒两端夹头长度 B 最小为 25mm, 6.2.4.1试棒加工完毕后,操作工测量确认尺寸符合后送检验员检验拉伸。6.3 对于铝合金试棒,试棒浇注成标准试棒后,如果试棒表面有毛刺或者尺寸超差,无法满足测试要求的,操作工必须按图3所示尺寸对试棒进行加工。图:3图 3 中:直径 D=12.5.00.2mm,计量长度 G=500.1mm,圆角最小半径 R=10mm,A 长度为最小56mm。试棒两端夹头长度 B 最小为 25mm, 6.3.1 标准尺寸试棒或被加工试棒,操作工测量确认尺寸符合后送检验员检验拉伸。6.4加工要求 Machining parameters:按机床操作规程要求进行。
