As a result, many people begin to look into the root cause of this phenomenon.As far as Im concerned, there are two main causes. Firstly, since the modern recreational product

3、s are developing rapidly because of the technology advancement, more people, especially youngsters, are apt to indulge in high-tech gadgets like computers, lap-tops, PSPs, Apple Products, etc. Instead of going out to do some sports, they spend most of their leisure time on sitting constantly in fron

4、t of a screen without moving. This unhealthy life style will for sure lead to a further worsening of several body functions of an individual and an increasing risk of being obesity.Secondly, living in a quick fixed era, people seem to do everything in the fastest way, including the way of eating and

5、 traveling around. Thus, buying a bag of fast food and then jumping in the metro or bus, have become the most popular choices for students and white-collars. However, as is universally known, fast food contains a lot of fat that could destroy ones perfect figure, and, of course, taking vehicles has

6、less benefit for people to keep fit than walking or cycling.Though the matter is really serious these days, we still have several options to take in order to stay healthy. For individuals, after sitting in the office or classroom for half a day, we should do some exercises to stretch our stiff body.

7、 Aerobics are wise choices, because they do help to improve our inner circulation and to burn some extra fat. Schools and companies should also advocate a healthy concept by holding routine exercises and sports meetings. In addition, to have a healthy diet is also essential to ones level of fitness.

8、 It may be hard to resist the temptation of desserts and fried food, but the goal of having a healthy body demands you to do so. All in all, it needs everybody to work on it to keep the average weight of people at an appropriate figure, so there is still a long way to go. But if everyone could carry out the above actions Ive mentioned, I believe one day the average level of health would be significantly increased.
