1、兰州交通大学毕业设计(论文)1RD2 型车轴加工工艺设计摘要为了使车辆满足高速重载的要求,必须对车辆进行技术改造。车轴作为车辆转向架的典型零件,它的修造是车辆改造的重要环节。通过分析货车滚动轴承车轴的现状和铁道车辆车轴加工工艺的发展历程,设计了滚动轴承车轴的加工工艺。根据 RD2 型车轴的结构原理,设计出 RD2 型车轴的详细的加工工艺。RD2 型车轴的加工精度要求较高,所以必须安排的更加合理的粗加工和精加工工艺。由于卸荷槽对车轴轴颈的影响,车轴会出现裂纹和损伤。受损的车轴可能会发生断裂,导致行车事故的发生。通过分析铁道车辆车轴断裂的原因,提出可行的解决方法。分析车轴强度和寿命的计算方法,提出
