23、coordinating and oversight responsibilities;300MW 汽轮发电机运行与维护摘要:介绍了山西漳山发电有限责任公司 2300MW 工程选用的 QFSN-300-2 型 300MW 汽轮发电机结构特点、运行方式、偏离允许值时应采取的措施和维护管理注意事项,为大型汽轮发电机运行和维护提供了一定的可借鉴方法。关键词:汽轮发电机;运行;维护发电机三相隐极式同步发电机。发电机主要由定子、转子、端盖及轴承、氢气冷却器、出线盒、油密封装置、刷架等组成。采用“水氢氢”冷却方式,发电机整体为全密封结构。山西漳山发电有限责任公司 2300MW 工程选用哈尔滨电机厂有限责任

24、公司制造的 QFSN-300-2 型 300MW 汽轮发电机组的技术参数见表 1。表 300MW 汽轮发电机组技术参数功率因素:0.85 有功功率:300MW定子电流:10190A 定子电压: 20000V冷却方式:水氢氢 定子绕组接线方式:YY1 QFSN-300-2 型汽轮发电机结构特点11 定于发电机机座为整体式。机座内腔沿周向均布 18 根弹性定位筋,构成机座和铁芯间的弹性支撑结构,以减少在发电机运行时,由定、转子铁芯间的磁拉力在定子铁芯中产生的倍频振动对机座的影响。定子机座和铁芯的固有频率避开了倍频振动频率。定子铁芯由高导磁、低比损耗的无取向冷轧硅钢板冲制的扇型片叠压而成。铁芯沿轴向

25、分成 64 段,每段铁芯间形成 8mm 的径向通风沟。在两端外圈用特制的铜屏蔽板覆盖,以减少端部铁芯及结构件的损耗和发热,满足发电机进相运行的要求。定子绕组由实心股线和空心股线编织而成,绕组槽内采用 540罗贝尔换位,以减少环流附加损耗。定子绕组绝缘采用“F”级多胶云母带缠绕模压成型。12 转子发电机转轴是高强度螺栓高导磁率合金钢整体锻件。转子绕组每匝线圈由两股铜排组成,槽内部分加工出两排风孔构成斜流式气隙取气冷却风道护环材料为 OMn18 Cr18N 合金锻钢。发电机采用定子绕组水内冷、转子绕组氢内冷、定子铁芯及其结构件氢气表面冷却,为“水氢氢”冷却方式。转子绕组槽部采用气隙取气斜流通风系统

49、调节为了防止结露和可能的振动增加,发电机冷温度应尽量维持额定值 45土 1。但允许不低于 30冷氢温度下运行,冷却器的进水温度和冷氢温度超过额定值的运行方式参见“发电机冷却器的进水温度,氢气压力变化时允许的负载能力曲线”当冷氢温度超过 48时不允许发电机运行24 氢气冷却器发生故障时的运行发电机正常运行时共有 2 组(每组 2 个,共 4 个)氢气冷却器,以维持机内冷氢温度恒定。当停用 1 个氢气冷却器时,发电机的负荷应降至额定负荷的 80或以下运行。25 在不同功率因数下运行当功率因数在 0.85(滞后)0.95(超前)之间变化时,发电机可以额定功率连续运行,在更低的滞后功率因数下,转子励磁电流不允许大于额定值;在更低的超前功率因数下,发电机受静态稳定和定于端部发热的限制,因此,要限低功率运行。26 发电机失磁时的异步运行在事故条件下,发电机允许短时失磁异步运行。当励磁系统故障后,在电网条件允许时,失磁运行的持续时间不得通过 15min,这时的允许负荷应在额定值的 40以内。发生失磁时,在最初的 60S 内应将负荷降至额定值的 60,在此后的 1.5min 以内降至额定值的 40。27 发电机的短时断水运行在定子绕组水系统发生故障的情况下,额定负荷下断水运行允许持续时间为 30S,而且此时绕组内应
