35、本合同没有特别约定相关责任的,经另一方书面催告后仍不履行的,其行为视作根本性违约,守约方有权单方面解除本合同,且违约方须支付守约方违约金,违约金数额为月租金的 贰 倍。若甲方违约,且乙方已经按本合同约定对该房屋进行装修、添附的,则甲方除需按本条承担违约责任外,还需支付乙方装修、添附补偿费,装修、添附补偿费数额以乙方出示的相关付款凭证为准;若乙方违约,且乙方已经按本合同约定对该房屋进行装修、添附的,则乙方除需按本条承担违约责任外,乙方对该房屋的装修、添附无偿赠与甲方。After the enforcement of this contract, party a and party b shall
