4、布范围很广,有数百种含有挥发油的植物已作为中草药来使用,挥发油也称精油,是植物体内的次生代谢物,由相对分子质量较小的简单化合物组成,具有芳香气味,在常温下可挥发,可随水蒸气蒸馏出来的油状液体的总称。在水和浓度低的乙醇里,其溶解性比较差,不能大量溶解,但在无水乙醇里,可完全溶。它一般易溶于氯仿、石油醚、乙醚、油脂、二硫化碳等有机溶剂;一般挥发油对空气、日光和温度都较为敏感,易变质,因此,应放在棕色瓶内避光低温密闭保存。由此本论文将采用近年来发展最为迅速,最引人关注的超临界 CO2 萃取、分离技术。且超临界 CO2 在提取天然产物,具有很多优点,如有较好的萃取、分离效能,集萃取、分离、浓缩为一体,
5、整体操作成本低,无残留剂、无污染、节约能源、操作方便等。现超临界 CO2 萃取技术已广泛应用于香料、食品、医药、石油、化工等领域,并受到工业界的普遍重视。用此技术为海南黎药麦奋的挥发油深加工和综合利用寻找一条有效途径。方法:本文采用超临界 CO2 萃取法提取海南黎药麦奋中挥发油有效成分的工艺研究,主要考察了萃取温度、萃取压力、时间和 CO2 流量等影响因素。结果:萃取压力和低温对海南黎药麦奋中挥发油含量的影响具有显著性意义,同时也由于条件的限制,故此整个实验都以 CO2 流量 15mL/min 为标准来进行实验。实验表明,采用超临界 CO2 萃取法提取海南黎药麦奋中挥发油的最佳工艺条件为:药材

Experiments showed that the supercritical CO2 extraction method to extract volatile oil of Hainan li medicine in pepper stem the best process conditions for: 20-30 goals have medicinal materials crushing sieve, 15Mpa extraction pressure, extraction temperature of 37 , time of 2h.
