2、在中国学习期间负全面责任；监督该生不从事来华学习目的以外的活动并遵守中国的法律；代表被监护人承担在中国法庭及其他法律机构为其争取权益的职责。I will take full responsibility for the student during his/her study in China. I will supervise the student to ensure that he/she will not engage in any activities not related to his/her academic pursuit in China, and that he/she

I will take the responsibility of representing the student at the Chinese court or any other organs of law for his/her rights and interests.2. 督促该生努力学习并遵守学校的各项规章制度；负责与被监护人所在学校保持密切联系，就学业和生活上的问题代表被监护人在校的权益。I will urge the student to study hard a
4、nd observe the school rules and regulations. I will keep close contacts with the school, and be responsible for representing the student for his/her rights and interests at school, in regard to his/her studying and school life.3. 负责为被监护人办理在中国的合法居留手续，签证或居留许可到期前，负责办理延期手续。I will be responsible to help
5、the student with his/her Visa and Residence Permit for his/her stay in China, and to assist in extending his/her Visa and Residence Permit before the expiration date.4. 负责为被监护人安排在中国学习期间的住所和校外生活，并保证被监护人的安全；对于住校学生，负责其周末或节假日期间的学习、生活及人身安全，并保证周日晚或节假日结束前一天晚上按时将学生送回学校；负责妥善保管被监护人的财物和重要证件。I will provide lodg

For resident student at school, I will take full responsibility for the safety and arranging his/her study and life on week-ends or during holidays, and sending him/her back to school on Sunday even

I will also be responsible for taking appropriate care of the students valuable belongings and important credentials.5. 每学期开学和结束时，为被监护人安排旅程。I will arrange the students travel before and at the end of each school semester.6. 负责该生在校学习期间发生疾病和其他意外事故的处理工作。
8、I will be responsible to handle such matters as the students illness or any other mishaps.27. 督促该生按时缴纳各项费用，如该生不能支付将由本人负责支付。I will make sure that the student should pay the school all the required fees on time. Photocopy of the guardians 3identity certificate must be attached with this Letter.3. 监护人必须受学生家长委托，委托书须经法律公正方为有效。The guardian must be entrusted by the students parents. The Letter of Entrustment must be legally notarized.4. 本保证书需在送交报名表和其他报名资料时一同交给人大附中国际部。This Guardians Letter of Guarantee should be submitted together with the Application Form and the other required documents to the International Section of the High School Affiliated to Renmin University of China.
