This standard is a revision of MGR ES 62.21.001 Generic Electrical/Electronic Compo

10、nent Test, and replaces MGR ES 62.21.001 since the date this standard is implemented. Please note that some contents in this document may relate to patent rights, which SAIC Group shall not be held responsible for identifying any or all such patent rights. 13、试方法 Generic Electrical Component Test Methods 1 范围 本标准规定了电子电器零部件所有验证试验的操作特性、负载的曲线图及测试条件。 本标准适用于所有的汽车电器/电子装置、总成、组件及零部件,并包括沿用件和售后件。 针对每一个安装区域,本 标 准 还 是 零部件PDS(产品设计规范)、质量规范和试验规范的基础。在获得任何工程签署前,供应商必须提交一份符合所有验证或有偏差许可的最终验证报告。任何与本标准的偏差,都必须完全地得到上海汽车乘用车公司技术中心(以下简称 SMTC)电子电器部的批准。 1 Scope This standard specifie

14、s, for all of the qualification tests required, in each of the installation areas, the operating characteristics, load profiles and test conditions. This standard applies to all electrical and electronic devices, assemblies, modules and components including carryover parts and aftermarket components

15、. This standard is the basis for the component PDS (Product Design Specification), Quality Specification and Test Specification. The supplier must submit a final Qualification Report showing full compliance, or any authorized deviations, before any Engineering Sign-Off is agreed. Any deviations from

24、quently issued as carryover parts for another application. The latest issue of this standard shall be used for validation of all electrical/electronic components including updates to existing electrical /electronic components. The results, along with documentation of the tests carried out and the pa

25、rts tested, are to be supplied to the SMTC Electrical Engineering Department. Additionally, test results are to be retained for a period of 10 years (from the date of their issue) by the supplier. Those parts on which tests have been carried out (including initial sample inspections and also those p

26、erformed in parallel with volume production) are also to be retained by the supplier for the same period. All documentation shall ensure traceability of test samples. The relevant SMTC component engineer will supply the component classification code. It is the suppliers responsibility to obtain all

If a failure is recorded, consult the appropriate SMTC component engineer. Instrumentation shall carry a valid indication of calibration and that calibration shall b
