2、Abstract Objective To discuss the clinical effect of combination of choprostenin tromethamine and oxytocin on preventing hemorrhage after cesarean section in pregnant women with scar.Methods A total of 308 pregnant women in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2016 were randomly divided into ob
3、servation group (n=154) and control group (n=154) .The control group was treated with oxytocin prevention treatment.On the basis of the control tromethamine injection.The preventive effects of the two groups were observed.Results The bleeding volume at 2 and 24 hours after operation in the observati
4、on group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P0.05) .Conclusion Prevention hemorrhage after cesarean section in pregnant women with scar, combination of choprostenin tromethamine and oxytocin can reduce the bleeding rate and bleeding volume of
